Stunning view

A really nice villa with 3 good bedrooms. You have a twin villa with a pool to share. No problems for us. Saw a lot of wild boars. There is a linen and cleaning fee which I not in the price. €25 per person for linen and €100 for cleaning in cash. Good to know.

House with a view!

In fairness: we did not research Costa Paradiso upfront and didn't realise the villa was going to be in a combo of a gated community and holiday village, with it's own shops, bars, restaurants and services. all a bit more expensive than outside. BUT... after the first night we really started to appreciate the amazing location, overwhelming nature, sun-set views and on-site amenities, such as the Calice d' Oro restaurant and secluded beaches. The villa had 3 well appointed bedrooms with a/c. The master has it's own bathroom but weirdly enough twin beds. Perhaps we could have swapped out mattresses but we ended up putting one of our kids there and take one of the other two, slightly smaller, bedrooms with double bed and a shared bathroom. Living room is fairly small with an open kitchen that is functional albeit a bit basic. Internet worked very well and had proper speeds, even allowing video streaming to work without flaw almost always. The villa has two terraces, one facing and overlooking the ocean allowing for fantastic views and sunsets and the other more of a secluded area that we enjoyed to use for dinner at times. There's a covered carport and a garage (with a washing machine) and the villa shares a swimming pool with it's twin villa. The pool itself was a bit on the small side, considering it's shared and could do with some maintenance on the tiling front. in all, we did have a great stay here and would recommend despite the minor small areas of attention.

Wunderbarer Blick auf Meer und Sonnenuntergang

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen, auch wenn die Wege für Besichtigungen sehr weit sind. Die Costa Paradiso ist wunderschön und das Haus lag super über dem Meer. Jeden Tag ein anderer fantastischer Sonnenuntergang. Lokale und Bar in der Siedlung ok., der Supermarkt etwas teuer, hatte aber alles, was man so braucht. Ein Erlebnis waren die Wildschweine (gerade mit Frischlingen), die jeden Tag auf Besuch vorbeikamen. Super ! Prima auch der Pool, der jeden Tag Abkühlung und Entspannung ermöglicht hat. Bis kurz vor der Abreise sehr ruhig, Mitte Juni beginnt die Saison, da wurde es lauter und lebhafter, aber noch nicht störend. Danke an die Vermieter, es war toll!!!! ...und unkompliziert. Manuela hat uns bei allen Fragen gut beraten-

Super Ferienhaus!!!

Super Ferienhaus, sehr sauber, tolle Aussicht aufs Meer. Vorallem die Vermieterin war sehr aufmerksam und konnte alle Fragen beantworten. Beim nächsten Sardinien Urlaub kommen wir gerne wieder.

Wunderbar!£

Tolle Lage, Pool muss lediglich mit einem anderen Appartement geteilt werden. Pool ist gross und sehr sauber. Alles sehr gepflegt. Als etwas fehlte (im Haus), wurde umgehend für Ersatz gesorgt. Würde wieder gehen!

Amazing nature, beautiful views and sea combined with stay in very comfortable, stylish property located in perfect place makes our vacation great this year. Tolle Herbstferien-Woche in der Villa Livia, Traumzeit

Die Villa Livia hat eine super Lage in dem Feriendomizil Costa Paradiso. Man kann fußläufig den Strand und tolle Badestellen erreichen, sowie auch ein Restaurant und die Strandbar. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gerne wieder. Danke Sonia.

gute Lage

Das Haus hat eine gute Lage mit Blick zum Meer, ist ruhig, hat eine ausreichende Küchenausstattung. Es gibt eine gute Zimmeraufteilung mit netten Möbeln. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.
