The MLDPD according to the museographic design it exhibits objects from the permanent collection of "Ioannis Bakopoulos".
Square: The statue of the father of the Republic, Alexandros Papanastasiou, dominates the entrance of Levidi. In the beautiful, lively square of Levidi there is the mansion of the chieftain Anagnosti Striftombola as well as the Town Hall which is of exceptional traditional architecture.
The Byzantine church of Panagia: Located on the hill of Panagitsa, 2 km from Levidi, it is a basilica style and a triangle. Probably the temple is built on the ancient temple of Artemis Hymn, where ancient churches were celebrated. An inscription informs us that the church was painted with these extraordinary wall paintings in 1629. The church is celebrated at the ninth day of Our Lady on 23 August.

Ancient Orchomenos: It was one of the largest Arcadian cities and is 4 km from Levidi. His name came from King Orchus, son of Lykaon. In the upper city are preserved the "Bouleuterion", the "Great Market", the temple of Mesopolitica Artemis and the ancient theater that was built in the 3rd century BC. and has a stunning position and acoustics.
At the top of the mountain is the ancient Acropolis of Orchomenos named by Homer "Polymilos" because it was rich in animal husbandry. The ancient Acropolis was the center of Arcadia and the seat of its kings until the 5th century BC. In Mytikas, on the east of Orchomenos, there are ruins of Mycenaean settlement.
Mainalon Ski Center: In the mountainous area of the mined roof of Mainalon, at the summit of Ostrakina and at an altitude of 1770 meters, a modern ski center operates. Since the winter of 2004 the ski center has been transferred to the private company OSTRAKINA AETE.
The Mainal Ski Center features 8 excellent ski slopes, a special ATV motorbike park, a central chalet for food or snack, a snowbath, a shelter and four ski lifts. Its unique location within the fir trees, the easy access, the unique beauty of nature and the rich flora and fauna make it particularly attractive.

Levidi (from a mountain-facing square) - Mainalon Forest - Capelis Plateau - Plateau of Rapakoti - Agios Petros - Vytina - Vlaherna - Levidi: An enchanting route through the fir-tree forest of Mainalo. The distance is 75 km and the duration depends on the conditions of the pavement.
Lousios is a river of the Peloponnese, a tributary of the Alpheus, about 23 km long. According to the tradition, he took this name because the nymphs Neda, Agnos and Thissoa received the newborn Jupiter in his waters. Its springs are located in the church of Agia Paraskevi, near the village of Kaloneri and to the south in the area of ancient Thission.
Lousios, after passing west of Dimitsana, where there is the Outdoor Waterway Museum, crosses an impressive 15 km gorge and about 2 km wide before arriving at Alfios near Karytaina. On both sides of the gorge are two historical monasteries, the Philosophos Monastery and the Monastery of Prodromos. The canyon was declared a site of unified archaeological site in 1997 and protected by the Ministry of Culture.
From the western side of the gorge passes the national path 32 (a branch of the European path E4 GR), which starts from Vytina and ends at Gythio. Lousios offers alternative tourism (hiking, canoeing, kayaking and rafting).
