"This a unique family operated hotel we stayed for 2 nights to visit local tourist site it’s definitely a family oriented location with really overly attentive staff safe quiet with ranch feel "
"Very nice hotel and conveniently located right next to the white mountains and the restaurants in the town. The breakfast was excellent and the room was clean."
"This property is focussed on bus tour groups who come in in the afternoon and leave the next morning. We booked the room outside of the bus tour to visit the."
"Zimmer reinste Katastrophe noch nie in so ein Hotel übernachtet und erlebt.
Für die jenigen die nur Schwimmen und am Pool zeitverbringen wollen ok ansonsten würd ich die Finger weg lassen.
Pool war Gut.
"
"The room was small but clean and comfortable. The staff were amazing and willing to go out of their way to support the guests in every way. Close walk to shops and travertines. I highly recommend this place. "
"We stayed 3 nights. The regular pool was great. They were working on the thermal pool when we arrived but we were still able to use it. The thermal pool was much improved during our stay. Breakfast varied based on how many guests are at the hotel. With few guests they fix you a plate in the kitchen but they were very accommodating. With more guests they put out a buffet which is excellent. The room and balcony were clean. We do not smoke and the room we were given smelled great. "

"Our first day there were no visible staff despite a cafe door being open, we brought our own coffee etc down to the pool and when we went inside the hotel to adk for ice we were told we couldn't bring our own drinks poolside. We pointed out that no one had even come outside. After that the attention was good. The deluxe rooms were fabulous although all the glass had fingerprints on. The breakfast was amazing, truly sensational. I did comment on the lack of shady parking and no electric car charging points, we had to go to another hotel to charge our car. "
"Breakfast, dinner, thermal pools are all included in the price which I find to be great value for what I paid for! I highly recommend staying at Hierathermal Hotel if you’re coming to Pammukale."
"Can’t fault this place. It’s walking distance to Pamukkale, the hosts were incredibly friendly, the free breakfast is great, and the pool and room are very well maintained.
I would definitely return and recommend to a friend "
"The manager of this property helped us in every way. He explained anything we asked about whether it was about the hotel or the tourist attractions. There was a free shuttle to Pamukkale and he called us a cab to get to the train station on our way out. He even called the cab driver when he realized that we left a phone in our hotel room. Then he asked the cab driver to take us to a smaller train station because he worried that we would miss our train. Stellar service, clean, wonderful pool, excellent breakfast! "
"This hotel was amazing, I would absolutely recommend it. Resort style pool, great spa with Turkish bath (I'd never had one before) at a reasonable price, massive dinner and breakfast buffet included, clean, everything you would want from a hotel!"
