Awesome home in Trogir center

Lea apartment (55 m2 with spacious living room is located on Island Ciovo on excellent location on the half way between old town and beach, with beautiful sea view. Apartment is just 400 m (5 min. walking time) from old city of Trogir, surrounded with Mediterranean vegetation and with shaded parking lot. The location is very conveniently away from the old town noisy evenings and crowded roads, but still a very close walking distance away from it.

Our apartment is placed at first floor of Mediterranean villa, in the quiet neighborhood, surrounded with Mediterranean vegetation, away from city noise, but still 5 minutes walking time from old city of Trogir.

Our house is located on Island Ciovo on excellent location, 400m from old city of Trogir, 100m from sea and 600m from nearest beach.
We offer one, modern, air-conditioned, and fully equipped apartment with 55 sq. meters of functional living space, equipped with one bedroom, 25 living room and shaded terrace with magnificent view at the Trogir bay and harbour.

Apartment is newly renovated (brand new fully fitted kitchen and toilet/shower room equipped with high quality accessories.)
Our apartment is carefully arranged with top quality furniture, solid wood floors, and home appliances (Dish washer, washing machine, first aid medical kit, etc.) for people who want more than usual "sleeping facility" accommodation.

If you are looking for a modern, spacious and luxurious vacation facility with the atmosphere of your own home, you have come to the right place.

Our main idea was to be different from others. To achieve this, we simply have transferred few good ideas from our travel experiences into arrangement of an ideal setting for your relaxed holidays.

Trogir center (Ciovo Island), 400 m from old city of Trogir (5 minutes walking time) where most of the grocery shops, banks, restaurants, cafes and fish/vegetables market are located. Nearest pebble beach is 600 m meters away.

Accommodation:

Apartment with one bedroom with queen-size bed and one extendable living room sofa for two persons, walk- in shower, toilet, large kitchen & living room (25 sq. meters) connected with the glass doors to the shaded terrace.

House & surroundings:

50 sq. meters apartment + 5 sq. meters of terrace on the first floor of the Mediterranean villa , with the perfect view of the Trogir bay. fitted with modern style furniture, placed in the quiet neighborhood, surrounded with Mediterranean vegetation.

Leisure amenities:

Satellite TV with more than 100 international programs, free high-speed wireless internet connection, large sofa in the living room, bamboo armchairs setting at the terrace, air-conditioning system.

Kitchen amenities:

Fully functional kitchen with built-in dish washer, refrigerator, electric oven and glass-ceramic stove, dining table for 4 persons, dishes, glasses, cooking utensils

Living amenities & bathrooms:

Walk-in shower, bed linen for all beds (changeable frequently on request), large supply of bathroom towels, bathroom & cleaning utensils, first aid medical kit.

Great location, great hosts!

We loved this place for its location, walking distance to restaurants and the old downtown and great views. The host greeted us, provided so much useful information in person as well as in the prepared book. Bicycles were at our disposal and the private parking was shaded.
