Conveniently located near the southern beaches, golf (18 holes), the Creole village of the tip of the tip with its restaurants, entertainment. Departure of the shuttle boat to Fort-de-France at the dock of the bay of Anse à donkey (500m) we offer a T2 apartment with its private pool (5mX3m), deck chairs for lounging facing the bay Fort-de-France, a living room overlooking the terrace, an office area with wireless internet, flat screen TV (TNT channel), DVD, kitchen, air conditioned bedroom with its four poster bed 160x200, bathroom with washing machine.
You will find everything for your first breakfast. See you on the island of flowers.

Incroyable vue!

Delightful comfort

Delightful guest suite below owners home. Clever design for indoor and outdoor living spaces. Lovely views and plunge pool make it hard to leave! Florence and Jean-Marie have thought of all the comforts needed. Very complete kitchen, comfortable sofas for reading, spacious bedroom, quality linens and towels, etc. Access to shops and beach by foot or car.

Location très agréable, fonctionnelle à la décoration de bon goût. La piscine est un gros "plus " bien appréciable. Le linge de maison fourni est de qualité et en nombre (assez rare que le nécessaire pour plage et baignade soit proposé...) En résumé : adresse à retenir !

Excellent séjour!!

WoW, tout était parfait. Des mon arrivé ils m’ont accueillis (même invité pour un apéro!) et ont gardé le contact durant tout le séjour. Florence et Jean-Marie sont des hôtes hors pairs. L’appartement est génial, bien situé, bien équipé, tout pour cuisiner. La piscine privée et la vue pour les 5@7 était parfaite. Mille mercis!!

Un très bon séjour dans ce très beau logement. Les propriétaires, Florence et jean marie sont très accueillants, discrets et très agréables. Un cadre idyllique et reposant

Excellent accueil et disponibilité de Florence et Jean-Marie. Lieu très calme et ventilé. Proximité de toutes les commodités mais voiture indispensable. Central pour visiter La Martinique. Vue superbe sur Fort-de-France lors de nos repas.

Propreté excellent ! Nous avions beaucoup de commodités, savon a vaisselle, linge de vaisselle, gel de douche, beaucoup de serviettes de bain. Cuisine tres bien équipée .Decoration de bon goût ! Secteur tranquille. Les alizés rendaient notre sejour agréable. Secteur près des Anses d'Arlets, Anse Mitan, Pointe du Bout, Savane des Esclaves, épicerie et boulangerie etc .. Conforme à la description

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce logement. Il est spacieux et très bien équipé avec une vue mer magnifique. Son emplacement est idéal pour être au calme et pour rayonner vers les superbes plages de la Martinique. Les propriétaires qui logent à l'étage sont de plus très discrets.

Super sejour de noces

Nous avons passés 10 nuits dans un super beau logement :) Dès le debut à la fin tout s'est bien déroulé, Florence et son époux sont très gentils et bienveillants. La maison est propre, la vue incroyable et la piscine est juste top. Nous avons adoré le petit oiseau noir et rouge qui venait manger tous les matins 😊 Nous reviendrons avec plaisir :)

Location à recommander sans aucune réserve.

Location conforme en tout point à l'annonce et aux photo. Propreté exemplaire et quartier très calme. Le plus : la gentillesse des hôtes et la qualité de l'accueil. Arrivés un dimanche soir, un en cas avait été préparé à notre intention pour le dîner. Jus de fruits et rhum nous attendaient pour l'apéro et le petit petit-déjeuner du lendemain était également prévu. Voilà des attentions qui font la différence! Merci pour ce très agréable séjour. Le 5ème pour nous en Martinique mais sans nul doute la plus belle expérience locative.
