"Advertise as 2 bedrooms, Reality 1 bedroom with bath adjacent, 1 Loft access by a ladder, not stairs. Had a sofa bed so that helped sleeping arrangements. The 1 bathroom was inside main bedroom, had to sneak by at night or interrupt other gurst just to use the restroom. Again pictures nor words described Cabin this way. Better explain cabin in more detail for future guests. "

"Staff were extremely rude, the person who works nights was really rude and made us feel like we were a burden."

"Rooms great stay was short but easy.only two things to criticize. One the room walls must be thin as we heard every bit of conversation. From neighbors , and two the elevator speed was so slow it literally took minutes to get to floor - i think something was broke - aside from that great value."

"General manager was super friendly and welcoming. Made sure our stay was perfect. After we checked out I forgot that I left my fruit in the fridge and he let us back in to grab it. Perfect location for shopping and super friendly staff. "
