L'annonce n'indiquait pas l'état de la façade très dégradée du bâtiment dans lequel se trouve l'appartement, et donc très décevant à l'arrivée. Il n'a pas était signalé non plus que l'on se trouve à côté d'un café, donc nuisance sonore lorsqu'il fait beau jusqu’à 3 h du matin, donc pas du tout reposant. Concernant l'appartement tout était très bien, mais il doit y avoir une amélioration clairement sur la façade extérieure qui fait peur, qui nous laisse pensait que le bâtiment n'est pas en sécurité.
