"We had a very bad experience here at Buffali Thunder. We came for the night to see a concert and right away the pool was dirty and they put us in a room with mold on the balcony and the room stunk and had cosmetic issues. We complained to staff and management but were treated poor until other management had to step in."

"What always shines about Drury Inn is their amenities. For the 5:30 pm kickback, they have hot dogs and nachos for the kids, the adults get real food and three adult beverages for the evening. For example: we had slider buns, pulled pork, baked beans, and baked potatoes one evening. For another there was pasta pomodoro, steamed vegetables, herbed chicken, pasta sauce. The bartender is delightful. I love a hot breakfast and theirs is always great. Biscuits, sausage, gravy, eggs, potatoes, waffle makers and little pancakes are available. The staff was always pleasant and helpful. We got to enjoy the whirlpool and a few minutes in the pool. We also got a free upgrade in the form of a room with a soaking tub."

"2nd time staying here. I love the artwork, the location, and the general ambiance of the hotel. However, this time was marred by paper thin walls, listening to complaints and arguments from next door, doors slamming, etc. The other thing I didn't appreciate was the "everyone must valet park" rule. No signage, no applicable warning, just show up, get your parking ticket, and have someone run you down stating they need your car because it's all valet now. It was a bit unnerving, and had I not seen others get pulled to the side behind me, I would have thought this was some theft scam. In the end, it all worked out. But you might want to choose otherwise until the construction is complete. The lack of clear signage about the hotel entrance was also a miss. You'd think with all this construction they'd have this figured out by now, but it seems there are still some growing pains."
