"We read that the pool was heated and it wasn't, there was light coming from under the door that goes outside, the window was cracked and had a quarter inch gap on one side going straight outside and the room was real damp and smelly. With all that, the staff was very friendly and helpful "

"Clean room. Not sound proof. Could hear children crying and fussing during the night. Parking was fine. Breakfast was fine. Staff was helpful. Building needs a total remodel. It’s old. Things need painted and cared for. The rate was normal for its condition. But our room was fresh and clean. "

"Spectacular spot. New hotel hits all the right notes. Service was superb. The room was immaculate and had a tremendous view. The first level pool is huge. I swam laps every day. The showstopper though is the rooftop pool and bar. I watched the Masters in splendor with views east and west. Again service was great and the food was great too. Check it out."

"Most everything was ok. Nothing was great. The only way to watch tv was to lay in bed. There wasn't a table I could eat at. No microwave to warm anything up. I only asked for my room to be cleaned twice. I would have thought my sheets could have been washed both times, but they weren't. There was not a full-length mirror in the room. The dehumidifier was loud and I had to empty it daily. I had a beautiful view from my balcony. I was on the top floor of rooms, so I was awaken every morning from tables and chairs being moved around on the sundeck. I don't think a person staying at Lani Kai should have to pay to rent a beach chair. Awesome wait staff for bringing drinks to the beach. When I checked in I was told I had to pay for parking in the lot. Then I was told she would see what she could do. I think I was going to be taken advantage to pay $20 a day to park where I was staying. Not Cool. Very nice shop attached to the hotel in and around the back. "
