"Very friendly, professional and helpful staff. Rooms are spacious, comfy bed. Good breakfast but would suggest complimentary coffee in the lobby. The location is fantastic! You are within walking distance to all attractions, restaurants and cafes. The choices of food near the hotel are incredible. I would recommend breakfast at YERBA, just accross the river. 10 min walk. Wroclaw is a party town;) Stare Miasto in the evening is hopping"

My room was a haven of comfort, featuring a spotless interior, an incredibly cozy bed, and high end amenities like plush robes, soft towels, and a brilliant hot shower. The culinary experience was equally outstanding; the food is truly world class, complemented by a sophisticated cocktail and wine selection that is second to none! However, what truly makes this hotel special is the people. As a solo traveler, I felt genuinely welcomed and looked after by the entire team. A massive thank you to Ali the owner, for their unmatched generosity and hospitality, as well as Max at reception and the talented bar staff (Aga in particular!) for making my stay so unforgettable. I cannot recommend this hotel enough - it is the only place to stay in Wrocław!"

"Room was newly decorated. Noisy from road and especially the trams as I was on road side. (320) Pillows very thin and no spares in the room. Had to ask for extra coffee sachets as room is not serviced every day. No hot water on the final mornjng. Location was very good."

"Room was spotless apon arrival. Anything i used in the mini bar was replaced that same day. Room was up kept constantly. Great and helpful staff aswell! "
