The front desk staff needs to be a tad more flexible. I had forgotten my mask, but the man at the front required me to pay 20 yen to give me a mask! I told him my husband would pay later, but he did not give me a mask. I could not go upstairs to get the 20 yen because I did not have my key card, so I was stuck. Later, a young lady willingly gave me a mask, for which I paid when my husband came downstairs. The fact that you need a key card to go anywhere is a pain.
