"老朽感は否めないが、部屋はきれいに掃除され、昔の作りだからか広い。 駐車場も広く停めやすい。あまり奥に停めると広すぎるので注意。 チェックインもスムーズであった。 場所はつくば駅に近く、飲食店も一通り揃っている。ただコンビ ニはなかった気がするので、自動販売機はあるものの、小腹が空きそうな時は道すがら何か買ってからチェックインでもいいかも"
