"Todo estuvo perfecto!! Lo único que recomendaría es que el personal que te atiende en el check in te dé toda la información de los servicios del hotel nosotros estábamos en zona VIP y teníamos derecho a una merienda VIP en el piso 12 y nunca nos lo dijeron y no pudimos hacer uso de lo que nos correspondía por derecho solo fuimos el último día de estadía porque un mesero nos preguntó si habíamos ido a tomar cerveza local en el salón VIP… además de q no nos informaron tampoco que podíamos usar las áreas húmedas dígase baños turcos, sauna y jacuzi… sin costo adicional… no sabíamos que estaba incluido… entonces perdimos el privilegio de las meriendas, refrigerios y cerveza colombiana y uso de áreas húmedas … eso fue un fallo 😩"

The location was convenient, although there were a few small things that could be improved. "Nice clean apartment / room. My boat was in the yard of the marina so this was the closest and only place to stay. Good ac and clean shower/bathroom. It is very expensive for Colombia standards and the internet in this room was very slow. The staff is very friendly and helpful but i needed to use google translate a bit."
