Beautiful, Modern chic, and comfortable 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath waterfront property on a lagoon! Our home is newly
renovated and has brand-new, high-end furnishings, mattresses, and gaming equipment. The house is wifi enabled.

The house can accommodate up to 8 guests.

Pet are permitted, however, we only allow small to medium size dogs up to 35 lbs.

Outdoors:
The backyard is a lagoon-facing oasis. Great outdoor space to enjoy the sun, fishing, and enjoying the water. Relax in the morning with your cup of coffee and a drink on a beautiful outdoor dining table or sit on one of our outdoor sofa/chairs. We also have an outdoor grill available for use during your stay. There is a utility sink on the dock.

Bedrooms: There are a total of 3 comfortably sized bedrooms and a sleeper sofa. Two of the three
bedrooms have queen beds each. The third bedroom has a bunk bed with a twin bed on
top and a full bed on the bottom. The sofa located in the sunroom can also be converted to a sleeper bed.

Living room: The living room is equipped with a brand new reclining sofa, a 65-inch smart
TV with Samsung + channels included, and a coffee table with a few games for kids.

Kitchen: Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen with cookware, serving ware, bakeware, toaster,
coffee maker, blender, dishwasher, and microwave.

Dining area/Sunroom: There is a large dining area with a dining table for 6 and a sleeper sofa.
This room has plenty of area to walk around in and enjoy the back view with 3 patio
doors.

Garage: The garage has a washer/dryer, a Pool table/table tennis, a foosball table, and a
small bar area equipped with glasses, shot glasses, and a cocktail shaker set. There is
also a bicycle that can be used for the duration of the stay. *Any damage to the bike,
tires, or any part of the bike will be charged to the renters.
The garage also has a newly renovated half bathroom.
**Please note that the pool table converts into table tennis, or a dining table should you
want to play card games but the parts required to change the configurations are heavy
and the host takes no responsibility for any mishaps. **

Guest Access: The guest will be provided a lock box code for the front door before arrival.

Kayak:
There is a kayak available which can be used by the renters. However, the host does not take any responsibility for any mishaps while using the kayak. The renters will incur charges for any damages caused to the kayak. The property does not have a floating dock, the renters would have to go to the nearest public landing dock to use the kayak.
