  • Once you get here you will never want to leave this home has a back yard that rivals the best hotels in town. Fully furnished, central area, 3 bedrooms 2 baths 2 kings 1 queen . Heated pool and spa in an amazing lush tropical setting complete with 8 foot waterfall with grotto, 2 outdoor propane heaters, 1 Gas fire pit and 1 wood burning fire pit, 2 large covered patios with 4 ceiling fans. Complete outdoor kitchen includes 4 foot gas BBQ, sink, refrigerator, 2 burner gas stove, and shade sails to keep you out of the sun while cooking and entertaining. All this is surrounded by palm trees, lush tropical landscaping, and professional lighting. Inside appointments include Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, cherry cabinets, 52 inch and 42 inch flat screen TVs, and ceiling fans throughout home. We are offering a heated pool with an extra charge for 50$ per day to be paid upon arrival as an extra charge.

Great location

Christmas and New Year’s with family. Great location close to good restaurants, coffee, groceries and parks. House has a nice layout for family togetherness inside and out. Chris is a wonderful host, eager to please!

Amazing backyard!

We loved our time at this Vrbo and the town of Tucson. What a great vacation spot and the perfect home to stay in! Chris was wonderful and walked us through everything we needed to know. If we had any questions he was always there to help out. The backyard is amazing and our granddaughters loved the pool and hot tub. There are so many stores and restaurants near by and the town is very easy to navigate. We would definitely stay here again!

Potential is there

The home itself and the neighborhood were VERY friendly. Beds were super comfy and kitchen well stocked. Bathrooms lacked soap, shampoo and any kind of shelf space for toiletries. We did have some gate/access issues, which were fixed fairly quickly. Couple glitches with shower drainage, which was remedied immediately by the host. During our 8 day stay we had many issues with the spa/pool temps. Despite being charged a daily heating fee, we were never able to get the spa to temp, pool was questionable, and it was day 3 before it was warm enough to enjoy. All in all, we did have some lovely days at this venue and would consider re-visiting.

BEAUTIFULL STAYCATION IN TUCSON

This was a Wonderful stay. The house was just perfect for the six of us while visiting with our Son and Daughter. Chris is very nice and friendly he was there when we need him concerning minor details with the Pool.Chris check on the Pool daily making sure everything was running smoothly The outsideis a haven we spend most of our time outside despite the 100 + degrees. with the pool cooling us off and the pool umbrellas. Our Grandkids loved the Jacuzzi. We grilled everyday with the lovely outdoor kitchen and all the utensils we needed. Inside the house was cozy and comfortable, beds were great and the AC kept us cool on those hot 110 + degrees. Lots to do close by within 20 minute drive We have found our Arizona house when we come to visit ,definitely will be back soon Thank you Chris😊

would stay again but..........

overall we loved the place.. or should I say we loved the backyard. However if things were all working we would have enjoyed it more. After confusion on what it would cost to heat the pool we gave another $225 cash to him but it took til 4th day of our 7 day trip to be able to use it. The outside plugs didn't work, no lights by the grill to cookout in evening, grill didn't work right. Light bulbs out in bedrooms, lights would come on and off, Microwave didn't work right, oven was not cleaned and does not cook evenly, front gate quit working, no hot water one night due to broken pipe which is also why hot tub and pool wouldn't heat. A lot of little problems that should be maintained before guests. Chris was responsive whenever we called him and got right on getting them fixed but we did waste a lot of time with this stuff. BUT AGAIN, we would stay there again just because of the back yard and location for what we wanted.

Absolutely beautiful place, needed a little TLC

What a great place (it is actually beautiful) with a couple of TLC issues. Had to burn off BBQ (wasn't done in a long time) (needs new heat deflectors and a burner cleaning as well as complete internal cleaning). BBQ lights also did not work, had to use our own lighting. Paid for pool heat and took a couple of days to achieve temp. Chris gave us 40% heating costs back for the inconvenience. Pool had lots of leaves and gravel in it (Nothing you can do about the leaves but clean daily as it was that time of year. Gravel was from construction work and was cleaned out in a couple days.) Once maintained it was a beautiful pool and spa. Master bedroom toilet was leaking on the floor and it took 6 days to get fixed. Like I said, this place should be a 5* + with a little maintenance, most of which Chris performed while we were there. We were a bit of a pain with these things but when you pay a premium you expect a premium place. Would be nice to see what future guests think, as provided the maintenance is kept up this would be just fabulous. Still give it a 4*+ with the issues, most of which should be eliminated now.

Stay here if you're a handyman. Place needs work.

Chris was onsite and running late for check in, but never contacted me ahead of time. He seemed surprised when we arrived, but ok. The pool wasn't heated, and the hot tub wasn't to temp. We sat outside while the cleaners finished and Chris did some scurrying around. They left about an hour later, and we started noticing things: dining room chairs are too low for eating, no soap in bathroom, toaster smoked big time when we plugged it in - like it was going to explode, kitchen sink leaked all over counter, no water pressure or hot water in master bath, and a lot of small things over the next two days, but the biggest issue was the hot tub never got over 97 degrees, and the pool never was heated - the main reason we rented the property. There was construction debris (and regular plant debris) in the pool. We decided to get in the hot tub anyway on the second day, and my mom sat next to a 16 penny nail! wire nuts and screws around the property. They're working on the roof. Chris was onside multiple times a day, and the second day we heard a loud bang outside and all the water drained out of the hot tub. When Chris came to fix it, the entire water in the house was off - we finally decided to leave at 4 after having no water all day and flushing toilets by carrying water from the pool in cooking pots. One plus, the location is in an awesome neighborhood, and you can walk for treats to whole foods. The property is very nice, and well landscaped, but urgently needs upgrades.

Great Getaway

We stayed for a week and it was a great home base for exploring the area. It was nice to have the grill for cooking, and the hot tub really does heat up in an hour!

Great Spot for a Tucson vacation

Chris was a charming host and we had a great time in Tucson. The location was fabulous. And the backyard perfect. The kids loved the pool and hot tub. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. We had to purchase hand soap and a hair blower--which we expected to find, but no much else to complain about. Our grandson broke a window while playing soccer with his sister and Chris was really great about not making any of us feel bad about the event. all in all, you won't go wrong with this place.

Backyard Oasis

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. The backyard was awesome and secluded from all neighbors. We used the hot tub, and pool everyday during our 10 day stay and everything worked flawlessly. During the evenings we sat outside beside the gas firepit and enjoyed the beautiful yard and weather. The owner had many lights in the yard, which really made the yard look like a resort. We also counted at least 12 palm trees in the yard. There were lawn chairs and regular chairs to catch the the desert sun. Plus to escape the sun, there was many areas to find shelter, plus 4 fans under a large covered porch to keep cool. The kitchen had all amenities we needed and more. All the appliances were very new and modern. Nothing was missing for our needs. The location of home was ideal for our family. A whole foods was a short 5 minute walk. Also there was a large shopping area on broadway ( 5 minute drive) which had many stores including Target, Walmart, Kohls, Burlingtons, JC Penny, Ross's and many more. As well there many restaurants at this location. This home was centrally located and close to downtown and a convenient drive to many awesome public golf courses. We would recommend this home for families or couples who want a stress free vacation or getaway. Also the owner was very attentive to our needs and when we asked him a question he answered quickly and professionally.

Great potential!

The back yard is the best feature of this VRBO! The hot tub is fabulous, not jetted, but spacious and as hot as you want it. Other great features include the great gas grill with bar surrounding it and the very nice gas stove. Bathrooms are tiled and beautiful. Beds were very comfortable and the house was very cozy. Property was gated and we felt very safe. There are some things that need work, but I think the owner is going to make improvements and the property is going to be even more fabulous. The house is in a great location and was close to everything. We had a great time! Thanks Chris and Tara!

Location location location! The pool, outdoor patio and kitchen were amazing!

We spent Thanksgiving week here with family. Lots of room to spread out and enjoy our time together. We love to cook. The well appointed kitchen and outdoor cooking space was perfect for us. Chris, the owner was responsive to whatever we needed. Thanks Chris for working with us. We hope to stay here again.

Great location, nice house

I stayed here with my daughter for just over a week. The location was great. Very close to everything at UofA and to grocery stores and restaurants. While the house has netflix, basic cable would be a nice addition. Even though it was winter, the backyard is really cool. I imagine it would be even better in the warmer months. Owner was very responsive with any concerns.

Very nice home with amazing backyard

My family spent a week at this property. The house is nice and spacious. Plenty of room for six people. The bed in the master bedroom is very comfortable. I did not sleep in the other beds however nobody complained. There were plenty of towels and linens. The best part about this house is the outside. The pool, hot tub, grotto is just delightful. The outdoor grill is huge and it was very convenient to have. We bought darts so that we could use the dartboard which is near a big comfortable couch and lots of outdoor seating. We drank our coffee outside every morning and really enjoyed the space. A fun surprise was in the laundry room, which was an old video game console. We played many Ms. Pac-Man games over the week. The house is in a nice neighborhood and is within walking distance to Whole Foods. It isn't very far from the U of a campus. It is in a good location if you want to go to Mount Lemmon or into the Saguaro desert. There is a great woodfired pizza place called Falora which is also very close by. Behind the pizza place is the best cocktail lounge in Tucson, it's called SideCar. The owner promptly helped out when the a/c unexpectedly went haywire. This issue was resolved quickly and our vacation was just wonderful. I recommend staying at this property.

A little bit of heaven in Tucson AZ

The property is amazing for either young or old. If you don't care to swim you can sit in the hot tub. The outside kitchen is one to be envied by all cooks. Everything was clean and there were plenty of towels etc. We would stay again in the future. SK

Fantastic!!!

We stayed at this fantastic rental home for over 50 days! Heated pool & over 10 person spa with an outdoor kitchen and living areas with fire pits. What more can we say. Perfect!

Amazing vacation rental!!

Amazing vacation rental!! Very clean!! Family enjoyed the relaxing desert oasis backyard that included huge pool, jacuzzi, grill and extended covered patio. Great central location close to shopping , dining, entertainment and the University of Arizona. It was a very enjoyable stay and experience. The family highly recommends this place to anyone planning to visit or have a staycation in the Tucson area. Family gives it Five Stars*****!!

Totally Satisfied

From the moment we arrived, the value and premises went beyond our expectations. The location was close to everything that we needed for our Tucson stay. The backyard was incredible and made it feel like we were staying at a private resort. Again, it was hard to believe that it was in central Tucson. It was so convenient to go out downtown, that we made the trip to downtown twice in our short stay. The inside of the house was clean and everything we needed to feel like we were in our own home was easy to find. The rooms were not the biggest, but we spent most of the time out near the pool during the day and enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings. There was no problems with the owner. He was very helpful with suggesting places to eat downtown and everything we needed was available in abundance (Towels, extra blankets, etc.) The next time we stay in Tucson we will hope that the property is available, as the value out performs staying in a hotel or even an extended stay hotel for that matter.
