Conveniently located in the Historic Rincon Heights neighborhood.  Walking distance two blocks from the University of Arizona McKale Center and one mile east of the Downtown Tucson Convention Center. 

Walking distance to restaurants and other local venues. Enjoy beautiful weather nearly year-round and easy access to nearby desert walking trials, cycling bike paths, and many other local sites to see. The Tucson Convention Center, Fox Theater, local breweries, and much more are all a short 1 to 2 miles driving distance away. 

Check out the local University of Arizona and downtown Tucson activities.  Ride the electric trolley for free at University Blvd. and 4th Ave and enjoy the many stops along 4th Avenue and Congress into Downtown Tucson.

Convenient & Comfortable

Great location if you’re looking to catch a rugby or football game- both are walkable. Marcus was quick to respond to our request. Don’t panic when you sit on the bed- yes it’s very firm but molds to your body. I love it!

If you are coming in for something at the UofA the house perfect. It is a 3 minute walk from McKale and 5 minute walk to the football arena. There is plenty of parking inside a gated front yard. Your friends could meet there and all walk over together. The place is perfect for two people that don’t mind being together all of the time.
