It is 7 minutes away from the upscale La Encatada mall offering shopping, gourmet dining along with special events featuring music, wine tasting and art exhibits through the year. Summer daytime temperatures are about 4 degrees cooler than downtown because of our elevation and the winter nighttime temperatures run at least 5 degrees warmer because we are off of the valley floor.

One of the sofas can convert to sleeping space for additional two people. The house offers high ceilings and large windows that attract in streams of natural light. Covered rear patio is shaded at all times of the day so you can enjoy the phenomenal view of the mountains, without worrying about sunburn.
