Quaint Studio Southwest Suite in Midtown, w outdoor patio/kitchen, fenced yard

This space is a converted private master suite of the main house w private entrance and private fenced in yard area. This studio is quaint with a queen size bed, dresser, large bathroom and small kitchenette indoors. There is a covered outdoor cooking area and patio in the back. Large bathroom with newly renovated walk in shower. Apt. Fridge, microwave, electric frying pan, toaster oven, coffee pot, Convection Broiler, George foreman grill and toaster oven are available for use outside in the patio area. The yard is fully walled in but pets may not be left there unattended.

Please note: There may be some muffled noise heard from the main house since there are two shared walls.

The home is located in a quiet established working class 1950's neighborhood with older homes near the Rillito River walk, River Park, and plenty of amenities within 1/2 mi. Property nearby Grant Rd, Alvernon Way, River and Swan Rd. Bus stop within min.

Friendly pets are welcome, cats must be pre-approved (no sprayers or scratchers please).

No Parties allowed.

Coffee & tea provided for a few days stay. There is a kuerig (BYOC) and regular coffee maker.

Washer and Dryer available in the utility room near the carport is shared with the front house and hours are 8 am to 8 pm.
CLeaning supplies and Vacuum are also in there.

Great Value & Nice Property

This unit was perfect for us nice and clean with excellent communication with ther property manager. The best thing about this property is the excellent private back yard space. The private parking was a great bonus.

Quaint Studio Midtown

Very nice room in a house with private backyard. Comfortable bed and available washer & dryer for use. The neighborhood was quiet and was a short drive to downtown or east Tucson. I found it perfect for a long stay while working in Tucson.

Quaint Guest House Stay

This is a great little property. The location is very convenient to access many of Tucson's attractions. My favorite part was the yard. Although I did not use the outdoor kitchen or firepit, I can see how visitors would enjoy it. I traveled with 2 dogs. The yard was safe and secure for them. I would stay here again. Thank you hosts! would really enjoy it.

Good o. Everything but paw 🐾printz on the white sheets maybe a stain but kinda 🤔threw me off

I really like this place and everything was pretty clean. The only thing that was kind of worried about was those paw prints on the bed sheets set everything else with wonderful.

Little Gem of a Place

The cozy little cottage was lovely. The mountain view was incredible, I was not expecting it to be so beautiful. The cottage was very clean and had everything I needed and more. The back yard was huge and my pups enjoyed hanging out there in the mornings. Communication between the Hosts and I was very good.

Mid-town Tucson quaint studio

Room and private outdoor space exactly as described, very comfortable and well-appointed with thoughtful extras and amenities. Comfortable bed, fluffy towels, great adjustable AC (a plus in Tucson!). Hosts were great in responding quicly with clear information about parking and checkin. I had a very positive experience - this was a super value and exactly what i was looking for.

Comfy and quiet studio

This studio had everything I needed for a quick work trip to Tucson. Comfortable and quiet! Having the backyard to myself made it feel like I rented the whole house! The shower head is amazing - pressure like a firehose. I easily could have spent 30mins standing under that spray! Location was super convenient with all necessities within a mile. Despite hearing traffic noise outside the studio, inside was peaceful and very quiet and I tend to be bothered by noise. The room was not quite ready when I arrived, but a quick call to the owner and everything was sorted out within 30minutes. I would definitely stay here again if/when I ever travel solo back to Tucson. Thank you so much!

Small place, but great for two people.

This is basically the master suite that has been separated from the rest of the home. Big enough room with some places to sit and a small kitchen nook that must have been the closet. Large bathroom and great fenced in backyard where our dogs could roam and hang out. About fifteen minutes from the university. Very comfortable and the owners were communicative and friendly. We bought a small air mattress so our daughter could spend one night with the dogs. Definitely recommend!

Comfortable and affordable
