This renovated home is nearly 5-10 minutes away from everything. A two block walk from the Expo Square and a 10 minute drive to downtown! Grocery, gas, restaurants, and coffee at the nearest corners.

Weekend stay for an event at the Expo Center. Great communication, great location and house was exactly as stated. Very clean, well stocked with essentials and plenty of room for us family of 4 to spread out. Will definitely book again if in the area.

Weekend getaway

We really loved the accommodations at this property. The home had everything we needed, was very clean, and in a great location. Just a short drive to Utica Square and the Gathering Place. Would certainly stay here again.

Perfect house for a family

The house was great! The kids enjoyed the game room and loved playing basketball. Everything was very clean. Check-in/out process was very easy. The hosts were flexible when we had a certain request.

Everything was wonderfully convenient!

The owner was pleasant and very easy to communicate with. Locations of surrounding stores made traveling wonderfully convenient. Activities of all sorts was within 20 mins of our rental.

Excellent property, clean, well maintained, great location in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to major roadways. Hosts are very thoughtful and communicative, coffee bar was well stocked, refrigerator ice maker works well. I am a repeat customer and hope to be so again.

Great House, Great Location

Beautifully remodeled historic home in a quiet neighborhood. Unfortunately, my trip wasn't one of leisure, but I can confirm that the home is not far from the hospital and near everything that you need. Seller was very communicative and willing to go above and beyond. If we need to return to Tulsa, this will be our go-to, for sure.

Great week - close to Expo

We stayed 5 nights with 2 teenagers to attend a horse show. The house is basically across the street. We took our bikes and rode back and forth. House has everything you need in a darling neighborhood.

Tulsa Experience

The house was nice, clean, and in a convenient location. The host was exceptionally responsive and helpful. Not a lot of furniture in the living area for more then a couple of people to sit comfortably for more than an hour. Beds were very firm and made getting a good nights rest difficult. Not a whole lot of dished or utensils to cook with. Overall, it was a nice enough place for a couple of nights.

Perfect stay

Communication with the host was fantastic. Quick to respond to questions, even checked in midweek to see if we needed anything. The house is tastefully decorated and comfortable. Kitchen is stocked with everything needed to make homecooked meals. Updated appliances includong washer and dryer. Beds are very comfortable! Centrally located in a safe, quiet neighborhood. I would definitely recommend this house! Thank you for a fantastic stay!

Almost perfect

Overall, this house was fantastic for our stay in Tulsa. We had plenty of space for the 5 of us. The beds were comfy and the bathrooms clean. The kitchen had what we needed. Our only issue was that the house had a smell. It seems like it was mainly coming from the back bedroom which happens to be the only roomWith carpet. It was sort of a musty-trying-to-cover-up-a-smoker type of smell with cleaner. We did air out the room when the weather was nice. But we always smelled it when we would come back to the house. Otherwise, great stay!
