The staff was respectful and accommodating. Missed the cucumber water that was offered during a previous stay. Overall the hotel was clean and the hallways have a nice fragrance. Plenty of FREE parking. All things worked out well as we were visiting from Minnesota to attend the Celebration of Life for my Uncle.

Our stay was last minute and we were traveling with a small dog. We were able to get a room on the first floor which was very convenient for a dog . The sign outside the hotel indicated it was in the process of changing to a Marriott Bonvoy however no changes have been made yet. This hotel once was a Hampton Inn and it needed renovation at that time. The room was quite outdated and a bit dark however it was a nice size and had a microwave and refrigerator. The bathroom definitely needed attention but overall the room seemed clean and the bed was comfortable enough for the one night we needed.

Hotel Glenpool is affordable, conveniently located for the things we like to do in Tulsa, and offers clean, comfortable rooms. It is one of our preferred hotels in the Tulsa area.

Checked in late. Clerk spoke very poor English. Got to room and floor was covered in white powder. Difficult to explain to clerk due to language barrier. He came up and looked at room and went to get vacuum. Turns out it was deordorizer just to remove Cat urine smell. Wasn't intolerable. Complimentary breakfast consisted of waffle, two cereal choices, stale packaged pastries and very ripe bananas. Fortunately there are several restaurants and fast food close by. Oddly enough, I would stay there again as it wasn't that bad for the price. I understand things happen.

The hotel was clean, front desk all seemed upset for any requests. It was my wife and my young daughter in a double Queen room, I asked for an extra set of towels the front desk out asked me to bring a dirty set to replace the clean set I said there was three people, her response was okay. The breakfast in the morning was very very simple juice machine not working, about six pieces of bread was available, it was like walking in a 7-Eleven. The room had a stench to it, every once in awhile you can smell strong odor of Curry, the rooms themselves look beat up, the beds were the $69 mattress then set special, chips holes gashes stains throughout the room due to low maintenance. I don't understand how people are putting perfect scores for this hotel.
