The room was wonderful and spacious. However; the bathroom sink was clogged and would not drain, the walls are a bit thin and it was hard to sleep at night due to the elevators noise, the kitchen stove also had issues and I had to call emergency maintenance to help get it to work. I would have loved to give Reese Tower a better review because of how pretty it is and how close it is to most places, but there were just a few small disappointments that were an inconvenience to my stay.

Smooth, easy, contactless check in & out. Nice clean room. However the only down side was going Halloween night and there was a loud party a door or 2 down and they started fighting. The police came and BANGED on my door demanding I come to the door and asked very accusatory if I was the one who threw the party. They verified that I did not. But I didn’t let that alter my review because it was a bunch of young dumb kids who shouldn’t even have been on the premise so not Reese Towers fault. Plan on booking again soon!

The front security door was broken, and anyone could have enter the building and rob us. My room was above the entry door, and the repair crew was working on the door at 7 AM work me up and I couldn't sleep. The coffee pot was broken so no coffee. the shower is a death trap all the water sprays over the bathroom floor. Slip and breakneck.

The apartment was nicely laid out and overall pretty decent, but a lot of small details were missed. Both the bedrooms had flashing fire detectors, needing battery replacement, the sinks weren’t completely clean, and there was some stains on the walls that were not clean in the bathroom. What we found odd- there was no utensils, but there were cups and plates so we had to use a spatula to stir coffee, although not a big deal kind of an odd detail to leave out. Wasn’t a bad experience but we expected a little bit more out of it. Glad we tried it, but there are definitely better amenities out there for the price point. If they took care of these few things, it would be a great place to stay consistently in this range.
