"Good hotel to come with your own boat. We came on Saturday, September and it was quiet. There are no floating docks but that's not big issue there as tides are small"

"This is a 3 story condo on the marina and literally about 150ft from the most beautiful beach and infinity pool/bar/restaurant. The condo was very clean and had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. There were 3 bathrooms so each bedroom area had their own bathroom space. The bottom bedroom had a patio overlooking the marina. The area was super quiet and the resort was well kept and clean. We rented a golf cart from the local store and that really made the trip, especially for the older kids as there is really nothing to do on the island. The power went out once but the authorities were very quick to restore it and the owner was super responsive. There were plenty of towels and bedding to include beach towels. The washer/dryer was great and helped us go home with clean dry clothes. My only negative was that we booked specifically because the top bedroom had a wall of toys and we had 2 little ones with us and thought that would be great at night for them to have something to play with but when we got there the room did not have the toys. When asked I was told that over time people had been taking the toys and so there was nothing left. Overall it was still a great trip and a great price. We would book again on our next trip."

"I cannot wait to bring the rest of my family back to Bimini. This place is FANTASTIC and PERFECT! Better than we anticipated as a matter of fact. The home has the most comfortable ambiance and the charm is so unique. Check in and out was so smooth and I recommend this place to everyone! It is by far the BEST location, setting, and experience anyone could ask for! We LOVED IT!"

"Fantastic host with great communication. The property is in great shape, I strongly recommend getting the golf carts as well. The dock was amazing, but bring your own ropes and fenders, there are some rough edges on the dock post and you don’t want any damage. There is water and 30amp power at the docks. Great amenities, new Weber grill and ice maker are a plus. Make ABSOLUTELY sure you bring bug spray and mosquito repellent, they come out in force at sunset. South Bimini is on the quieter side, but was perfect for my wife and the family. We enjoyed our stay tremendously and will be back. Philipe and the local caretaker are extremely responsive to anything that may come up during your stay, we had a non functioning AC unit, and it was fixed in a few short hours. Check in, if traveling by boat is easy on South Bimini with less lines and stress, provided no commercial flight is arriving at the same time as you and your vessel. You get full usage of the infinity pool at the Bimini Cove resort, which has a great poolside bar and restaurant. Bimini cove is also the place where you can grab a taxi to get to the airport to complete your check in process. Truly a boaters heaven. Highly recommend staying with Philipe at Conch Heaven."

"I don’t know if I should even leave a good review as I would love to keep this place hidden from everyone!! I was worried at first being in the South Island but I’m so glad we did. The North is just a 5 minute water taxi away! The house was so well designed and clean. There is so much beach area only 5-8 minute walk! Vinny was beyond helpful and so responsive. He answered any question I had and helped get us all set up and figure out how the island works. We will definitely be back the view is breathtaking. Thank you for being patient with us Vinny!"
