This was a very nice resort with an excellent pool area and a lovely beach! The staff were very attentive and there were many options for restaurants. I had a great time!
A hotel with a high standard of service. The room was ready for us, all necessity were on the place. Very service-minded personal. The breakfast were good - all what we need plus local specialities. Food in restaurants is also very good. Room service working fine. Spa and inside pool clean.
It was a very smooth stay!

I recommend
Great stay! The staff is very friendly, spacious rooms, nice pool and perfect location.
I will come back for sure.
Staff is very helpful and welcoming. No public transportation and area around is remote with no activities other than what is provided by hotels nearby. Shuttle to the airport costs 40 euro but taking a cub is a fraction of the cost.
As soon as we check in at the hotel we feel like home. We are always well received by Mr Lahdhiri and his team. The staff is very friendly and proactive to make sure your stay is perfect.
Thank you again for the kind upgrade!
We will see you again in 2 weeks.
This is a great hotel not too far from the Tunis airport/Tunis city center/Carthage historical site.
When I first was looking at the listing for this hotel, I was skeptical as I thought it just couldn't be like the pictures.
I was wrong.
The hotel is about an easy 20 minute drive from the Tunis airport in a very good area. I personally didn't see much in the area around the hotel except for other hotels and a nightclub across the street, but there is a good mall and grocery store just down the street so that was very nice.
Getting to Tunis center and the Carthage Historical Sites are very easy as well, with about a 15 minute drive to each.
In the hotel, there is a very nice pool which was beautiful, a couple of shops, a couple of restaurants and a great path with access to the beach.
I ordered room service the first night there and the food was good with no problems at all.
Also, trying to get pool towels and extra shower towels from the reception desk was super easy with zero problems.
Speaking of the front desk, as the Tunisian dinar is a closed currency and landing at Tunis airport so early in the morning, I hadn't had a chance to convert my USD to local currency but I was able to do it at the front desk, which gave me a rate that was very, very close to market value, which was a very welcome surprise.
Objectively a very bad hotel
Was below standard than expected.
Hotel room - both twin room and double room had a smell (mouldy, urinal)
Mirror was rusty, floor of the bathroom and toilet were both unhygienic - they use vinyl flooring which had mould and were peeling off
The balcony door did not have a handle and so could not lock it
The main door - multiple key cards required and each time needing to visit reception - for both rooms
Very slow service
Broken glass and dust below beds
Telephone not working (wire came out)
Kettle not working - had to request another one
The electronic part of the door was not covered - wires were hanging out
Im not expecting luxurious hotel stay but at very least, the standard should be cleanliness, reasonably service and functioning basics.
I would NEVER recommend this hotel and in fact, this made our Tunisia trip VERY inconvenient and unforgettable (in the most negative of ways).
The only good thing: Shower (again, no curtains so had to be careful with the water
