"We had a pleasant stay overall, but there was one issue that bothered us. Our room was never cleaned during the four nights we were there. We usually left the room around noon each day, and it seemed that the cleaning service only came in the morning."

"Staff was very helpful! We loved the included free minibar that was replenished daily throughout our stay. We also enjoyed how close the hotel was to the #19 tram stop which takes you right into Marienplatz as well as the underground train system to get throughout Munich and surrounding areas. The breakfast buffet was good value, with lots of options. The only thing we struggled with was the air conditioning, the fan was very low and the room did not get cold. This was ok for late September but may be an issue in the heat of the summer! We would stay here again!"
