"The room was booked for four people. It said it slept 4 people. There was only a king, no pullout and the receptionist said there were no available rollaway beds so half of us slept on the floor. "
"We were towing 2 motorcycles on a trailer and they allowed us to park close to the front door to keep them safe. Food was excellent. Definitely stay there again"
"Was a lot quieter than I expected and was a great value. Hotel room was clean, bed was comfortable; Staff was great. Check in was easy, even when we were a little early. "

"Convenient location while traveling, the $50 incidentals policy caught me off guard - really is unnecessary as you have all my information. Just makes me take steps like photos if the room when I leave so that I don’t get a surprise charge for something. Distrust breeds distrust."
"This was my first time staying at the Holiday Inn & Suites, and I would rate my experience a 10 overall. From the moment I arrived to the moment I left, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Check-in was quick and easy, my room was clean and comfortable — I truly felt at home — and the breakfast was hot and fresh.
While I was very satisfied overall, I did have one concern. I was contacted in the middle of the day at my job and asked to make a payment for my stay, even though I was told at the time of booking that I could pay at check-in. My card is kept locked for security reasons, so the initial payment attempt didn’t go through. However, being called at work for payment was both unexpected and disruptive. If guests are allowed to pay at check-in, this policy should be honored without premature payment attempts.
Aside from that issue, everything else was excellent, and I would gladly stay again."
