Torino Experience

Hotel Italia was very convenient to the train and the historical center of town. Staff was friendly and had a space for our luggage when we arrived early. Morning breakfast offered a wide selection.

Nice enough place. Great location near Puorta Nova train station. Nice enough small breakfast. Staff were very nice. Facilities themselves we're quite worn and dated but the bed was comfortable and bathroom good enough. A little bit expensive considering the state of the facilities but otherwise pretty solid stay.

Very convenient to Turin centre, close by bus stops, main train station, & excellent restaurants. Hotel is very clean with multilingual, helpful staff. Lovely breakfasts with great selection. One * taken off due to noisy shared aircon unit on balcony, being switched on and off at night.

The hotel is decent, clean and in a safe area within 5-minute walk to main train station Porto Nuova and Old Town. My room was a little small but it has a good size bed and balcony. Staff was efficient, friendly and helpful, especially Martina from reception (night shift) who let me borrow a kettle to boil water for a few days. Breakfast is more than sufficient for me with cereal, pastry, boiled eggs, sausages, yogurt, fruits (bananas, apples, watermelons, grapes, kiwis…). Stay here for 4 days. Love Turin and will come back to stay here again soon next year

I enjoyed my stay here. My room was always very clean and the staff was helpful and courteous. The hotel is older but well worth the stay. Close to shopping and transportation. You will love the hotel.

Located centrally in Turin, just 5 min walk from Torino P.N train station. Not the hieghest standard but just fine for the price level. Breakfast included which is a +.

Really good value Hotel, 30 minute walk from the centre. No facility for car parking (despite stating they do!). There is an underground car park 10 minute walk away costing 11euros per day

This hotel is a bad choice for me. I was surprised to see the low level of the hotel despite the rank. The name of HOTEL ITALIA is a great name for this poor hotel. There was traces of blood on the bedding. They even did not use proper method to remove it (see photo 1). Heating radiator was connected poorly to the heat water pipe (see photo 2). Breakfast does not include any type of cheese.
