Séjour absolument parfait au Turin Palace Hotel. Tout était irréprochable du début à la fin : chambre élégante avec un très beau design, literie extrêmement confortable, équipements complets et propreté impeccable. Le petit-déjeuner est particulièrement généreux, varié et servi jusqu’à 11h, ce qui est très appréciable. L’emplacement est idéal, à seulement quelques minutes du centre historique, tout en restant dans un quartier calme et agréable. En résumé : confort, élégance et service au top. Je recommande sans hésitation.

Fantastic hotel. I think it may only have four stars, but it deserves a fifth. Elegant and friendly. My room was immaculate and comfortable. The bathroom was large and gorgeous. I had room service one night and the food was exceptional. Breakfast is included, and it was wonderful too. Location is also super convenient, right next to the train station and a comfortable walk to many attractions.

There were numerous reasons why our stay at Hotel Turin Palace was so wonderful. The room was absolutely spotless. The bathroom as well was beyond clean and fresh. Beds and bedding were pristine and housekeeping did a beautiful job keeping rooms fresh. The front desk staff were beyond helpful. They had the best attitude I have seen on the front lines of any hotel. Friendly, respectful, and always willing to help. In regards to amenities, there was a great lounge-y area to ‘hang’ in. There was no pressure to purchase drinks or leave, etc. They allowed guests to just relax. Lastly, the breakfasts in the morning were so delicious. There was a beautifully laid out selection of food. There was fresh fruit, yogurt, granola, cheeses, and cold cuts. A whole table with delicious croissants. Then there was another area with eggs, bacon, etc. And to top it all off when you first came in there was a big round table with dessert-like pastries, tarts, and ‘chunks’ of chocolate mixed w hazelnuts. The staff at the breakfast buffet were so attentive. Cappuccinos and espressos every morning. That’s the life! Can’t wait till we can return for another perfect visit.

Wonderful hotel, the room was amazing, although a bit weird there was a full length window from the room in to the shower, luckily was travelling solo so it wasn't an issue but would be v.embarrasing if I was travelling with someone else. Amazing terrace with views of the Dolomites, breakfast was great and aperitivo hour was lovely. Great location, brilliant staff. Would definitely stay again.

Of the four different hotels we stayed during our visit, this was the best overall. The best breakfast ever had at any hotel in our experience.
