Very nice hotel. Rooms were modern, heart of the city center/walking distance to major attractions, staff was very pleasant and super helpful. Nice gym. Parking was a little harrowing as you have to go through tight spaces to park but staff guides you. Overall, it is a great place to stay.

Excellent hotel in great location

Excellent hotel, good location with easy parking and free electric charging. Room was spacious and well decorated, with beautiful bathroom. The reception staff were superb, so helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. The added bonus was the excellent breakfast - first rate!

Great location, quiet and in walking distance of all key sights and restaurants etc. Extremely friendly and helpful staff (including assisting with taxis to/from the airport). Comfortable room, significant breakfast buffet and lovely outdoor spaces (courtyard and rooftop). The perfect base. I will stay here again when returning to Turin.

Great property !!!! The location is convenient for walking. It is clean and the breakfast is wonderful. My only complaint is that you have to reserve the gym and pick out the key from the front desk.

We found out we love Turino. The hotel is in a great spot to wander and explore great cafes, street food, gelato (you MUST try the gelato place across the square), and architecture. Great breakfast, kind staff, comfortable room. Thank you!

We were in Turin for the soccer game and picked a perfect hotel. Incredible staff always catering to your needs and always pleasant and kind. The hotel lobby and first floor are beautiful with amazing decor, fruit trees fused water, and little jars of candy. The room was very modern, comfortable, and clean. Breakfast was the best we had in Italy and you have it in a courtyard filled with lemon trees….perfecto!

Very nice hotel with palace flair

The booked Junior Suite was really spacious and cool with the bathtub sitting in the bed room. Only downside wasche water temperature of the shower which was not adjustable. A short note to the reception and when I came back from dinner it has been fixed and a letter from the direction. Was informing me that they did. Very professional

This was my second stay at the NH Carlina, and 5 years later I don’t think I’ll be coming back again. The overall experience was sub-par mainly because of a non-functional AC unit and some electrical issue we faced during our stay. A wonderful team at the front desk is obviously dealing with a massive shortage in staff that did the best with what they have . I still love the building and the inner courtyard, a nice peaceful area that can be considered the highlight of the stay at the property.

I was able to secure a late checkout, but the hotel property was not informed of the VIP perks that Hotels.com advertised with my gold status booking, which is frustrating (and not the property's fault). They did include a bottle of wine, but no one of the property has an opener... (strange). Room is nice.
