"Had the loveliest holiday in Jali Resort, the staff are so, so welcoming and friendly that we didn’t want to leave. The Jali Kitchen has the BEST food on the island. The watermelon juice is so refreshing and the krusty Kreme for breakfast set me up well for the day ahead. It is located 15 mins walk from the port, it is on an off beaten road so if you have heavy luggage get a pony ride as we nearly destroyed our suitcases on the way."

The staff is so friendly and accommodating. Its a beautiful place with such a homey feel. Everything is spotless and there is a lot of attention to detail. They have bikes for you which is helpful as it’s one of the only forms of transportation. It’s 2 blocks from the beach- so accessible. Breakfast is delicious and served in your villa. Tea time is also brought to your room at no charge. They arranged all our excursions. Absolutely loved this place and the staff.

The place is really nice and clean especially the workers are extremely friendly. I hope they get paid well. To the owner, i hope you provide toothbrush, toothpaste and lotion. Those are very basic amenities to provide to the guests. I expected to have everything provided but surprisingly none of them was provided. It’s disappointing, since the price to stay isn’t cheap, so it ruined my experience.

This is such a delightful property. Relaxing, comfortable, and friendly. The people were all amazing (Yuri, Jael, Iggy, Sandi, and others) and they took exquisite care of us. Communication before we arrived was truly excellent (thanks, Jordan) and they helped us to arrange our travel to and from the resort, providing helpful recommendations. El precio no es económico pero como la atención es excelente lo abonas con gusto. The most original and fun hotel! When I booked this pink hotel I didn't know what to expect. After researching everything on Gili Air it seemed the best and it blew away everything else on the island when we got there! Ana Guysenova manages this property and made sure every last detail was perfect for my group. She helped us with reservations every night and made sure we go the best table. We spend 3 nights here and enjoyed our stay. It's a brand new boutique hotel in center of Gili Air. It's about 10-15 min. walk from port area where a staff member came to meet us to help my wife carry her bag. The interior and exterior of the room is modern, with a spacious bathroom and porch. We like that the hotel provides free cold or hot drinking water on request.
