The Space:

Upon entering through the rear door, you'll find yourself in a convenient foyer. From here, you can access the laundry room, a half bathroom, and the fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining area, which then opens to a comfortable living area. Ascend to the second floor, where you'll discover a full bathroom and two bedrooms, each offering stunning ocean views. The first bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed, while the second boasts a queen-size bed. Continuing upwards to the third floor, you'll find another full bathroom and two more ocean-facing bedrooms, both furnished with double beds.



Guest Access:

Guest have access to the whole home and property, including the wharf/fire pit area.



The Neighborhood:

Saffron House is nestled in an area known by locals as Upper Jenkins Cove in Durrell. Durrell (referred to as "Durrells" or "Down Arm" by locals) is a former community that was amalgamated into the Town fo Twillingate in the early nineties.
