"Our family group just got back from a week at this cottage.We had an excellent time.The kitchen was well stocked. We really appreciated there being some herbs and spices that we had forgotten to pack.The cottage has lots of room for a large group. We had 13 adults and 4 babies ranging from 7 - 23 months.The lake is a short walk/drive down the road. This had pros and cons. We had to be intentional and well planned/packed when we went to the water. While the babies napped, someone had to stay behind as the water was too far away for the monitors to reach. We were easily able to make this work and everyone still enjoyed the lake. With young toddlers it was actually good to not have to worry about them being too close to the water. It made playing outside around the cottage easier. Kimberly and Mark were excellent hosts. Communication was great. Thank You very much for a wonderful stay!!"

"We found the rental clean.there was a gift basket of brownies and other small treats that were very kind in our rental .owners offered different places in the area to check out which we did. They were very kind and the place was cute clean and walking distance to there beach. Would definitely return"

"The cabin was a perfect spot for a weekend getaway. The mosquitos were crazy so be prepared for that! Unfortunately it rained for the majority of the time we were there, but the dock and paddle boards were so nice for the brief period when it stopped raining. The covered cooking area was also superful appreciated to be able to prep meals without getting soaked. Recommend for a peaceful getaway."

"10/10 Our stay at Cozy Loft on the River was incredible! From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. The loft was cozy, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed. It truly felt like staying in a treehouse surrounded by nature.We spent our days swimming, jumping into the river, floating, canoeing, fishing, playing yard games, and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. We also loved the indoor games, especially Huntsville-opoly.We explored nearby Huntsville, shopped downtown, played pickleball, enjoyed pizza from Katrine Pizza, fresh-cut fries from the Katrine food truck, played basketball at the community centre, and roasted corn on the cob over the campfire (thanks for the firewood!).Our dog was welcomed too, which made our family getaway even more special.Thank you, Matt, for being a wonderful host and for sharing your little piece of paradise. We highly recommend Cozy Loft on the River to anyone looking for a relaxing escape and unforgettable memories!"
