Beach and Racquet A127 is a perfect escape! Enjoy this newly updated 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath Condo, Located on Tybee's North End. Relax with all new furnishings, including all new flooring and new fixtures throughout. The living room has a comfortable sleeper sofa, and a large, flat-screen TV. The attached balcony is a perfect place to enjoy warm Tybee breezes and relax and unwind after a busy day at the beach. Offered by Tybee Vacation Rentals, the brand new, updated kitchen has granite countertops and a breakfast bar with seating for 4. The kitchen is equipped with stove, oven, and microwave and a Keurig for coffee as well as a refrigerator and freezer, which makes guests feel at home while away from home. The kitchen features a beautiful, custom glass tile backsplash that accents the beachy decor perfectly! The comfortable bedroom has a Queen size bed, and a flat-screen TV and built-in shelving and closet space. The bathroom has a full-size bathtub and shower. The condo also has in-unit WIFI for your convenience. The unit sleeps 4 comfortably. Handicap friendly (elevator, not ADA compliant). Parking for this condo is unreserved for 1 vehicle only. You will receive a parking pass at check-in. Located on the quiet North end of Tybee Island directly on the bay where the Savannah River meets the Atlantic Ocean. There is a beach, but no real wave action. Watch the dolphins play and the ships come to port. The condo complex features private beach access, 14`x20` pool and 10x10` kiddie pool, tennis courts, private parking, gated complex, WIFI access at the pool and Savannah Beach and Racquet Office, community charcoal grills and community coin-operated washer(s)/dryer(s) in each building. POOLS: Pools are currently open daily from Noon to 2:45 pm and 3:15-6 pm, with limited occupancy. (subject to change, based on HOA Guidelines). Nice beach getaway

The condo was small but nice. Everything was clean. New furnishings. Had everything we needed for a weekend get away. Were even able to check in after hours due to late flight. GREAT access to the beach - and the beach was clean and safe. Loved walking out there! We would rent again.

We enjoyed our stay at the "Fresh & Bright" condo on Tybee. We loved our short walk to the very private beach at the property. We also enjoyed walking to dinners at Zunzibar's and Huc a Poo's. Overall great atmosphere and location. We would definitely stay here again.

Side Bay View Condo

From the room you could see a glimpse of the water, you have to walk about a mile plus to the area of beach where you could sit and go in the water. The Condo is located at the end of an enclosed hallway (dorm like). The Condo was very clean and the pool is very nice. I would stay again but prefer a unit facing the water and not enclosed in the long hall.

Clean, Cute and Tiny

We stay at the Savannah Beach and Racquet Club each time we come to Tybee. We've stayed in multiple units over the years and this one was up to date, clean and well-stocked. We cooked all our meals in the condo and it had everything we needed. Be prepared to hand wash your dishes if you plan to cook. It's too small for a dishwasher. Overall we had a great time.

Brought my daughters to the beach for a quick weekend getaway. This condo was so comfortable and beautifully decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed having two TVs and the walk to the beach was nice & close. We’d love to stay here again. Thank you! We love Tybee!

The property was lovely, and well cleaned, it had everything you would need for a get away. We did have someone above us, that sounded like they were moving furniture all night, even when we said something, it stopped, then continued throughout the night, just a reflection on bad manners, and disrespect. But the property itself was GREAT!

Condo Stay

We liked the proximity to the pool and beach. All staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. The pool was nice and beach access was easy. When we arrived there was mold on one of the bathroom shelves and under the sink which was promptly addressed after we contacted the manager. One thing we didn't know before arriving is that laundry is not in the unit and is coin operated (with no machine for change).

This room is not Ocean Front. You have a small view of ocean from a certain corner of the balcony.

Pocket door separating the rooms and bathroom. You can hear hallway noise in the bedroom.

First visit to Typee, decent condo.

I'm not one to usually write reviews but thought I would share our experience on Tybee in Mid-June with everyone. We arrived and the check in process was fairly smooth. The pickup of the access card to the gate at the rental company was super easy. They did however put the wrong door number on our paperwork, which resulted in me having to call and ask which door was ours after I couldn't unlock it. But that was minor. After we got in the condo I noticed the complex is likely 30-35years old. Overall its decent, and the complex has been kept up, but it is still showing its age. The condo itself had nice granite countertops and nice newer flooring. The bathroom needs updated and the furniture is showing its age, especially the couch. We had to call and have the rental company come and re-mop the floors as we noticed our feet and our daughters socks were block with dirt. I realize this is the beach and we are not clean freaks, but this was a little nasty. The company came quickly and cleaned the floors. The other issue we had was their was a water leak in the unit above us on our last day. Not really the fault of the company or owner, but just shows the age of the complex. They did come out quickly to address it. The complex has a community pool that is nice, it was closed on Monday all day and had a little post it note saying "closed for chemicals" which seemed odd. Our son was disappointed in this, I was as well especially since no timeline or notice was given. The beach is really close, but as others have mentioned its not the actual ocean, its the river front, with darker sand. But overall it was great for our small kids. We just had one car so the parking wasn't an issue, but they are serious about a one car policy. Not sure why as the lot was half empty during our entire stay. Overall it was a nice vacation, cant say I would stay here again as the room was nearly $300 and I felt like we could do better. Either way, visit Tybee!!!

We loved our stay. Had an issue with the TV stations, but we didn't call it in we really were not in the room that long. Love that we were right next to the Bay. Loved that it was not crowded. Loved the Dec of room. It was a Great stay.
