You'll have the entire apartment to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Key Lime Condo, steps to the beach. Pet Friendly.

All surfaces are disinfected between guests. This unit has its own private porch entry. We have a no-contact check in and check out process.

Key Lime Condo in Coral House. 1/2 block to the beach --- Tybee Island's wide white-sand beach. Large porch. Privacy fence.

A beach access ramp is at the end of our block. The ramp crosses about 50 feet of dunes and ends on the beach. Just as close is another beach access where you are allowed to walk a path through the dunes to the beach.

Additional Details:

Key Lime Condo is a cozy 900 sq. ft. unit located in the back, bottom half of Coral House, which contains three separate condos. It’s perfect for a laid-back beach stay — just keep in mind it’s not a large unit and does share the property with two other rentals.

• Parking is available for 1–2 vehicles, with cars parked one behind the other on the side of the house.
• Metered public parking is available nearby if you arrive early or stay past checkout.

The second bedroom is a loft with:

The narrow spiral staircase leads to the loft; all other rooms are on the first floor.
The master bedroom and bathroom both have a step-up at the entrance (see photos for details).

Noise & Neighbor Awareness
• The unit shares walls and a ceiling with neighboring condos, so some sound transmission is possible, much like in an apartment.
• The loft bedroom is most susceptible to overhead noise.
• If you experience excessive noise, let us know — we’ll promptly contact the other guests.

Key Lime was amazing for my husband and I. The space is very welcoming and has everything you could possibly need for a day at the beach. We will be returning! Thank goodness for such a nice and peaceful place to stay close to East Gate beach access!

Much needed Vacay!

Cute, clean, very accessible to the beach, food, liquor store, overall convenience and souvenir shops. The locals were helpful with questions and very relaxing place.

Anniversary trip

Nice stay, close to beach. Nice park near by and Tybee lighthouse within walking distance also. Great place to ‘crash’ after shell hunting on beach or shopping in Savannah all day!

Wonderful location, beautiful and CLEAN!

We haven’t been to Tybee in over 13 years so lots have changed. We blindly chose this location based off reviews and we were so happy that we did! The beach access is literally steps away, there are places to eat right there and we really enjoyed sitting outside watching the people. The condo was so clean and the most comfortable beds and pillows! We will definitely be booking the Key Lime condo again as soon as possible!

An awesome spot with excellent hosts

This house was perfect for me and my parents. It was clean, super cute and totally tybee. All the instructions were clear the responses quick and amenities new and quality. We slept so soundly in our comfortable beds and had many great conversations on the back deck. Would recommend to all.

Wonderful property. It is shared with 2 other rentals in the home, but you are a block from the beach and 30 feet from an ice cream parlor, so it's pretty awesome.

Perfect location

We have stayed at Key Lime Condo twice now. The location is perfect--very close to the beach, close to a park in old Fort Screven that is nice for walking the dog, and very close walking distance to such excellent restaurants as Sundae Cafe, Salt Island, and The Deck.

Quick two day stay, condo was a good location to shops and restaurants. Over all dated interior with limited kitchen. Multiple condos in this house which is loud. Worked fine for dog friendly housing.

"pink house"

We loved the "pink house!" It was cute and cozy with everything we needed. It was a quick walk to the beach and a few places to eat (including Sugar Shack and Pizza on Wheels). We had a great time! Thank you for sharing Key Lime Condo :-)

Great place to stay.

We came into Tybee a little later than we'd have liked, but the house was ready to go and parking was easy, so we didn't have to spend a lot of time unpacking. We were less than five minutes walk to quite a few restaurants and there's a convenience store across the street. Beach access is plentiful and close, just being a block or so in either direction. We only had two nights to stay in Tybee, but I'd definitely book here again if we make it back.

Cute small cottage suitable for 4. Convenient location with everything you would need to cook or grill from home. Even provided ear plugs and a white noise machine. Only suggestion would be better quality pillows but that's really on me for not bringing my own.

Cute place close to the beach!

Cute little apartment a quick walk from the beach + restaurants with a really nice outdoor area. Our only complaint is that there was a bit of mold in the upstairs area- hopefully the owners are addressing. Thanks!
