"This place was great. The room was everything we expected it would be. We had easy access to the pool and the beach. We had plenty of room for 2 adults and 1 child. No complaints at all. :)"

"Everything was exactly as described in the listing. The views were amazing. The walk to the beach was super easy too. Our family of 4 had plenty of space. The elevator and luggage racks for moving in & out were extremely helpful as well. The beach was clean, not crowded, & had lots of fun shells. Pools were fabulous & the condo community was quiet. My kids enjoyed the turtle pond too. We loved this area as it was less crowded & quieter than the south end of the island. However, we made the short drive to the south end of the island for more options for restaurants, shopping, and activities. We would not hesitate to book this property for a future vacation."

"It is on the bay just so people are not expecting the Atlantic Ocean side but we were able to see a lot of dolphins and it was a super quiet beach that was easy to walk. The pool was great and proximity to the beach/bay. The bathroom floor was not in great shape and really needs re-done. Overall it worked well for my son and I."

"This is not my first time to Tybee - I have stayed in different locations rented by different companies all over the island. I really loved this property. It was beautiful, well-maintained, clean, and in a great, quiet spot on the north end of the island (close to a park with a walking trail and not too far from the beach!). I wish we could have stayed longer! The property management team was very easy to work with - they even answered the phone at close to 8pm when we arrived and I was having trouble with the door lock (which turned out to be my error, not theirs) - they were very helpful, understanding, and friendly. Checkout was super easy. Overall, a seamless experience."

"This place was very well kept and had a nice beachside theme. The host was very responsive and helpful. The host appears to be the owner and takes pride in her place. Beautiful view from the balcony overlooking the ocean. The only downside I would say for my wife and I is the stairs, to the 3rd floor, as we are an older couple. Other than the stairs this place was very nice and would certainly go back"

"We have stayed at the Savannah Beach and Racquet Club several times in other units and love this area. The pool is well kept, beach access is close and there are always tons of dolphins to see. This is our first time in this particular unit and it left much to be desired. The balcony view was outstanding (which is why I selected the unit) and was the redeeming quality of this unit. The furniture was dated, which was to be expected from the photos. However, there was a quite strong smell in the unit which was not expected and definitely off putting and the floors looked and felt dirty. I wound up wearing socks in the unit otherwise my feet were dirty from walking in the space. Bathroom was basic (to be expected from photos) but mostly clean outside of visible staining on the ceiling. We spend most of our time at the beach/pool or on the balcony with the ocean view so we made it work. However, if you are picky about interiors or wanting to spend significant time inside, this unit may not be for you. If you are looking for something affordable with a great beach view and willing to live with the limitations of the unit, it could be the right option for you. A few updates to the space (new blinds, furniture, smart TV and new carpet) along with more thorough cleaning and addressing the strange smell would go a long way to making this a unit a place to return to again and again."
