Great location! Loved having an ice machine! The place was decorated very nice! My only complaint is for the prior guests who left opened food, restaurant leftovers and expired yogurt and the cleaning service for not throwing it out. I’m not drinking from an opened 2L or eating from an open box of crackers. Take it with you or throw it out!

Great experience!

We had a great time staying here! The location was ideal with young kids, being right across the street from the beach & walking distance to everything! Everything was clean, communication was quick, & beds/furniture were comfy! Often times, we stay at places with no extra blankets or not enough towels but this rental had both! Would definitely stay here again!

Family vacation

We had a great experience, the location of the condo was great, just a few steps to the beach. The condo was clean and very nicely decorated. Ice machine was a big plus to fill cooler and head to the beach.🏖️😊

Fall break getaway

Great location! We enjoyed being able to walk to all the restaurants and bars. Steps to beach. Everyone we met was so friendly and nice. We encountered Hurricane Helene and were really grateful for the ice machine which held our food and provided extra cooling for power outage.

Fantastic

Our stay in Tybee at this condo was fantastic. It was super clean and perfectly located near everything we wanted to do. It’s just steps from the beach and restaurants and bars. The porch is really large overlooking the ocean and it’s in a perfect spot to people watch. The owner was quick to respond when we had questions. We highly recommend staying here.

Family spring break trip!

What a lovely condo! We were impressed with the host’s generosity. Simple things like “take a bottle of wine”, stocked spices and condiments, and bathroom supplies were a nice touch. The location made for easy access, to the beach! (I gave 4/5 stars for location because Friday night was a little loud, on the main strip.) Thank you for a wonderful week!!

Always enjoy our stay

We absolutely love this property. Beautifully and comfortably furnished throughout. The kitchen is spacious and very well appointed. The balcony furniture is comfortable and has beautiful views of the pier and ships over the ocean view. You can park in covered assigned parking. Walking distance to bars and restaurants. Laura and Steve are always very accommodating and pleasant. Planning our next stay…

A Sandpiper Condo Stay You Will Want to Repeat!

My wife and I (in our 70s), adult daughter and two teenage grandkids made up our entourage. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed/lots of room in this beautiful and very well-maintained, ocean-view condo. Right at beach access, just across the street. Steve and Laura even reached out to give us our own personal front door key code. Tybee Island and the Sandpiper Condo should be on a list for repeat visits.

Great beach place

Great location on the beach with only a one way street between you & the ocean. View was awesome and Location just a block away from food & shops as well. Condo was clean & roomy. Condo was well furnished and decorated nicely. Most of the amenities of home. Parking was a little sticky bc we were driving a bigger SUV & truck however that is on me bc if I would have read the check in info better-I could have parked in a different spot 😕 I would definitely recommend to anyone especially a family that needs.

Great Location

We stayed at the SandPiper for 3 nights. We were four adults and there was plenty of room to stretch out with lots of seating options. The location was ideal and so close to the beach and plenty of restaurants to choose from. Everything was within walking distance. We cooked several meals in and the kitchen is very up to date with everything needed to prepare meals. The condo was clean and the communication with the owner was quick and helpful. It was a little noisy on the street and very bright in the front bedroom but great views. The picture online showed a grill so we thought we would be able to grill but the rules have changed so no grilling on the patio. Also, we never found the beach umbrella. We did find the chairs but not the umbrella.....maybe we didn't look close enough. We really enjoyed the ice maker. We had a great stay.

Girls Trip

Even though the weather was terrible during our time in Tybee Island, the condo was perfect! I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone staying in Tybee. It had everything we needed for a great girls trip and was within walking distance of all the shops and restaurants. The only thing I would suggest is that the outdoor picture of the balcony space be updated. I specifically look for places that have enough seating for our group when I book because we love spending time on the balcony together. The owners had upgraded the balcony furniture so that there is now only seating for 4 and not for 6 as pictured. Unfortunately, it was cold and rainy for most of our trip so we were not able to utilize the balcony as we normally would so it ended up not being a problem.

Absolutely beautiful and well-maintained condo in a prime location of Tybee Island. The hosts made everything between check in and check out seamless and they explained everything very well. They were also always quick to respond any time we reached out. We will definitely be coming back!

Bedding was great. 3rd bdrm didn't have closet available and master doesn't have chest or dresser which was a little challenging. Location was great and property had well-equipped kitchen. There were common spices, coffee and creamer available for that first morning which was super, We will definitely consider this property for future trips!

Overall, it was a beautiful condo in a great location, close to shops and restaurants and we loved being so close to the beach. The furnishings were lovely and beds were comfortable. Perfect for our girls weekend! We wish we had been advised that there was a huge music festival the same weekend with thousands of college kids coming to the island. Many businesses and restaurants (and even the grocery store) were closed or closed early and everyone warned us to stay indoors on Saturday due to the influx. Fortunately, everything was fine and we didn't see any trouble at all. But it would have been nice to have advanced notice.
