"Stayed here with the wife for 4 nights, perfect location, shops, train station, bars & restaurants all within a 5 mins walk. Plenty to choose from, only had drinks at the hotel but the food looked very nice and always had people eating. Our room was brill, bed very comfy, nice big walk in shower, heating/aircon. Large tv, small fridge and the all important kettle with tea & coffee. Fantastic place to stay and we will 100% be back when visiting. Taxi from KTW airport was around £20 each way and drive time 40-45mins."

"Stayed here with teenage boys on a visit to Auschwitz Museum. Check-in was hassle-free and room fairly well appointed - the only complaint being that it was too hot. AC didn't seem to work and there was no fan. The Spa was an excellent resource though, sadly not all the steam rooms/ saunas were working. Breakfast was good with plenty of stuff for vegetarians though vegans may find it more difficult. The Trattoria Restaurant was not so good though. Very, very slow service. Nearly an hour for a pizza?! Hotel is good though."

"Overall an excellent stay. Reception was great and helpful. As it was off-peak season one of the two restaurants was closed. Not a problem but a bit of a surprise. Would stay here again."
