There is security on site, but there is no monitoring of the pool area. Teenagers jump into the lazy river-style pool, disrupting guests, and some people smoke despite it being prohibited. Basic items or amenities, such as Wi-Fi was not available or at the very least, the internet password was not offered. The final straw was the weekend parties held in a salon next to the reception area. These events take up guest parking, forcing guests to park at nearby businesses and walk back. The live music is extremely loud until 10 p.m., making it very difficult to relax or sleep. "
