"The story with this property is : location location location. On one side is old Sacramento think tourism for railroad fans and on the other side David j Stern Arena. Basketball fans, shopping and dining. All right there. The hotel itself is upgrading as I type this report. My room 224 had a new comfy king size bed and remodeled. Keep that in mind ( hotel is in renovation mode) The pool and hot tub in excellent condition"

"Mostly nice. You have to pay to park. Unacceptable when not in an urban setting. "

"The property was clean and staff is nice. Our other room ppl were up all night talking very load. At night don’t leave your window open because there is so much noise. There was a couple fighting and no security to confront them. Then someone tried to trespass and a loud alarm came on say that they were trespassing on private property and that was very unpleasant. The breakfast is not good. Just cereal, toast, juice, milk, and small amount of fruit. For the amount you pay I thought it would be more."

"A wonderful stay in every respect. Clean well-appointed room with easy to operate lights, air conditioning and electronics. Very friendly and competent staff, good restaurant and an excellent location! "

"Parking requires downloading app and is approx $16 + per day. The breakfast had grwat options with plenty available from fruits to yogurts and egg white bagels with or without sausage paties, even turkey patty available. Waffles and other standard items were also available. Very comfortable bed and crisp bedding. Close to the ballpark and downtown Sacramento. Clean and quiet."

"Upon arrival there was a huge wedding party at the entry blocking all foot and veh traffic. It's already valet only. I got checked into a room DIRECTLY under the rooftop bar where the wedding was. She never even told me about the wedding or details or noise advisory. I get to my room and there's a rave going on with crazy amplified sound. I eventually get moved to then learn the entire rooftop bar is closed and no access. Oh and also they are closed until Wednesday. No pool, no comfortable lounge area besides the check in lobby, no parking, restaurant is wildly over priced. My mother's day get away was awful. Thank you Hyatt Centric "
