Une asresse au rapport qualité prix correct

Nous sommes arrivés en famille dans cette maison, située dans un petit village a proximité de plein d'activités de plein air (ballades, plage, etc) Le logement est en voie de finition extérieure Le rdc est simple mais fonctionnel avec notamment une cuisine qui est bien équipée pour préparer le repas d'une famille La principale complexité de ce logement est le moyen d'accès à l'étage (chambres et salle de bain) qui se fait uniquement par une echelle de meunier à pas décalés. C'est absolument nécessaire d'avoir toutes ses capacités locomotrices pour y accéder. Les 3 lits simples nécessitent de grimper encore des échelles de meunier mais ils sont souvent prévus pour accueillir des enfants et ça les a plutôt amusés Un bon point pour la mise a disposition de charbon pour le barbecue ! Attention également au fait que les draps et serviettes ne sont pas fournis dans le prix initial (mais le prix de cette option reste raisonnable). C'est une bizarrerie française qu'on ne rencontre quasiment jamais aux autres pays touristiques Méditerranéens...

Super séjour

Nous avons eu le plaisir de découvrir ce joli hameau. L'appartement est bien situé, à 10mn des pistes de Montclar. Il est très bien équipé. Paulette est accueillante et à l'écoute. Petit kit pour la vaisselle bien appréciable.

Gîte très bien situé et agréable

Le gîte correspondait tout à fait à nos attentes, l'emplacement était parfait à 8 min de la station de Montclar et à 30m de petits commerces. Paulette avait tout préparé pour notre arrivée avec une petite attention. Encore Merci

Super séjour

Accueil agrèable et chaleureux. Puis, en surprise, le logement bien plus spacieux que les photos ;) Les enfants ont adoré leur coin nuit 😊 Adapté et sécurisé pour les bébés... La salle d eau est super sympa. Le logement propre, et rien ne manque. Lieu vraiment calme et reposant, à 5min de Chabannon. Lac à côté... Merci à la propriétaire, nous espérons pouvoir revenir... Lieu vivement recommandé !!

Absolutely recommend

The apartment is situated in a very small village but close to the lake. It was really clean and we were provided with everything we ve needed for the baby. Nature and lac serre ponçon are absolutely beautiful and we went swimming in the lake. Paulette is a very kind person and we had a really relaxed time there.

Logement très bien placé et spacieux

Nous étions pendant plusieurs jours 4 enfants et deux adultes, le logement convenait tout a fait d'un point de vue volume et agencement. Depuis l'appart, on peut descendre a pied au lac ou bien monter à St Vincent les forts en 3/4 d'heure a pied ce qui est pas mal si on veut pas prendre la voiture, de plus les sentiers sont facile et assez ombragés (sinon c'est 5mn à voiture). Plein d'autres activités autour du lac : museoscope, accrobranche, sports nautique, etc. Concernant la propriétaire, Paulette est super gentille et conciliante, a recommander...

Logement fidèle aux photos, adapté aux enfants. Merci à Paulette d'avoir fourni tout le nécessaire pour bébé. Très bon emplacement, près du lac et des sentiers pour randonner. On entend cependant un peu la route la nuit.

Calme et reposant

Nous étions une famille avec 2 ados et 2 jeunes enfants. Pour ce séjour, la maison était assez grande pour que chacun trouve sa place. Côté parents, le calme total du matin nous a fait un bien fou avec de belles grasse matinée ! Tout autour à moins de 30 minutes pas mal d'activités : patinoire, luge et ski, commerces, etc... A prévoir quelques oreillers en + mais la literie est très confortable. Nous y retournerons sans doute et nous le conseillons.
