The room is very small, bathroom very small. You just can charge phone one side of the bed. In the breakfast we had to wait long time for food and utensils

Meu quarto tinham 2 baratas. Uma ao lado da cama e outra em cima da cama, reportei a recepção e mostrei as fotos. O banheiro estava com azulejos sujos e rejuntes encardidos. O café da manhã não tinha mesa para sentar pois todas estavam com pratos sujos de outros hóspedes que não haviam sido retirados e limpados da mesa. Infelizmente o nível desse hotel caiu demais.

havia um elevador somente em funcionamento duramte os dois dias que fiquei lá. E ninguém de manutenção tentando reverter a situação. O banheiro masculino da recepção estava horrível e com mal cheiro. A escada até o segundo pavimento estava suja.

Atendimento das recepcionistas excelentes, só me recordo nome de Sarita, mas a outra recepcionista também, de excelência, muito simpáticas, prestativas, atenciosas. O melhor da hospedam são a graciosidade das recepcionistas. Limpeza ok, ar condicionado não sei se pelo colocado não ficou estratégico para que resfriasse o quarto de forma eficiente, contudo não deixou a desejar. Localização excelente, shopping a 100m, recepção para aguardar o horário de check-in e/ou para aguardar pós checkout. Boa estadia, recomendo!!
