First of all! Once I got there the concierge looked at me up and down, like I was nobody. Polite at certain point but Didn’t smile at all. I asked for a downtown view he just put me to look back at the city. I paid for a 1 king bed and the room was with 2 single beds.. I complained and they said I had to wait to connect the beds. after 12 hours flying tired. That wasn’t all, I went to the shower and they had no shampoo and conditioner. The bottles was empty.. I got late on my appointment because of all that inconvenience. Seems like they don’t care about guest if you’re not wearing a suit, also because they’re in a good spot! Really disappointed and I paid to much money for that room. 0 stars

Muito boa...pena que geralmente os front desk da maioria dos hoteis brasileiros sao despreparados. Pra eu esticar minha estadia quase precisei de implorar. Quando fiz meu checkin a moça nao achava meu cadastro, isso pq sou membro.... é uma lastima mas o hotel vale a pena.

Já foi melhor dessa vez deixou a desejar na limpeza, na arrumação do quarto, tive que trocar de quarto ,as cortinas blackout não são boas sobre barulho pode melhorar principalmente na torre 1.O café da manhã pode melhorar todos os dias são as mesmas coisas e os pães e croasan estavam duros. No dia que arrumou meu quarto não colocaram papel higiênico os copos não trocaram a xícara estava quebrada os capuccino de cortesia não colocaram os sabonetes mais a touca também não. Poderia trocar o sabonete em barra por líquido seria melhor. No quarto que tiver criança colocar um capuccino pra ela também pois só coloca 2

Experiência Agradável com Pequenos Pontos

Estive hospedado a trabalho e acompanhado da minha família. A experiência foi, no geral, muito positiva. O quarto era espaçoso e confortável, com destaque para o colchão principal, que proporcionou ótimas noites de descanso. O colchão auxiliar, no entanto, poderia ser aprimorado para oferecer o mesmo nível de conforto. As áreas comuns do hotel surpreenderam positivamente: o banheiro do quarto era amplo e funcional, com ótimo chuveiro; os espaços de lazer e academia são bem equipados e oferecem boas opções para todos os perfis de hóspedes. O café da manhã merece elogios pela variedade e qualidade dos itens servidos. O atendimento da equipe da cozinha também foi excelente, sempre cordial e eficiente. Apenas destaco como ponto de atenção o atendimento de alguns funcionários da recepção, que, em minha percepção pessoal, poderia ser mais alinhado com o padrão de excelência adotado pelo restante da equipe. No geral, uma ótima hospedagem, que atende bem tanto quem viaja a trabalho quanto em família.
