Rooms are very dated

The staff were super friendly and helpful, restaurant food was delicious and so was the breakfast. Pool was clean and quiet but the rooms are in desperate need of a refresh. The bathrooms in particular were covered in mould and the towels that had once been white were a dark grey.

Enjoyed our stay

Great value for the price. Sitting by the pool was relaxing and it is located in a quiet neighborhood. Located outside the tourist zone, so hired drivers can pick up and drop off at this location.

We had a wonderful experience here for our 25th anniversary. The staff were wonderful and the room was a fantastic. We feel it was a real deal to get so much for such a good price. Also the food was very good and convenient when we didn’t feel like venturing into the craziness of city center to find some dinner. We would highly recommend this place to others.

I stayed in a downstairs super deluxe, and was extremely comfortable. It had aircon, fridge, bathroom with both bath and shower and a kettle to be able to boil water. Staff were friendly and attentive without being intrusive.

Very helpful owner!!

The place is new so is very nice and clean. Is out of the main drag of the town so is quiet, maybe a 10 min walk to all the shops and restaurants. The staff were all so nice and helpful, the owner went out of his way to help us out when a booked shuttle didnt turn up, we wished we had have known we could have booked everything through him!!

The Dudek Restaurant on the property served authentic Balinese cuisine. Their vegetarian spring rolls are the best I have had anywhere. The service at the hotel was excellent. Sara in particular went above and beyond to see that everything was looked after for customer’s wishes. The pool was great. The room spacious and very comfortable. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Hôtel dans une rue perpendiculaire au calme du trafic mais un peu éloigné du centre d'ubud, scooter nécessaire. Nous avons loué un scooter via l'hôtel qui était en très mauvais, attention, mais le service de l'hôtel a suivi et ils nous l'ont tout de suite changé. Piscine agréable, petit déjeuner simple. Prix des un peu élevés par rapport à ce que nous avons pu voir sur le reste de l'île, surtout qu'il est fait sur un transat au bord de la piscine.

Något utanför Ubud men ok gångavstånd, alternativt gojek vid sena kvällar. Tar endast 10 min med bil/moppe. Fräscht hotell för vad vi betalade, kunde varit bättre men va absolut inte dåligt.

Nice stay

We enjoyed our stay at the Pondok Massas. The pool is nice and the room too but nothing special. The bathroom is difficult to air because there is no window. The included breakfast was good but again, we had much better ones on Bali. The juice from concentrate is terrible, please change that to fresh juice! The staff was very helpful and friendly. We could rent a scooter directly at the property for 70k/d.

Its very tiny and cheap and well not a 5 star place so yeah. I mean the room.was in decent co edition. Clean. The bathroom is a bit old but still clean. The pool is tiny and didnt like it. The staff were a little not organized but they were nice and polite. It is a hit far from the busy main road with the resturants. It is like 7 to.10 min with scooter depending on the traffic. Breakfast was decent.

A wonderful place with the best staff we ever met

We had a wonderful stay at Pondok Massas Ubud because of the spacious room, the swimming pool, a terrific breakfast and most of all: the fabulous staff. We have stayed in many hotels in Bali but these people are the best. Thank you!

Ruhiges und zentrumnahes Hotel

Wir haben 4 Nächte in dem Hotel verbracht und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Hotel liegt am Reisfeld, dadurch war es angenehm ruhig (keine Motorrad-/Straßengeräusche, keine Hähne oder Hundegebell). Das Hotel liegt 30min zu Fuß vom Markt Ubud entfernt. In die Stadt rein bietet das Hotel einen kostenlosen Shuttleservice 2x am Tag. Ausflüge und Touren können direkt im Hotel gebucht werden, ein Vergleich mit den Angeboten in Ubud lohnt sich aber. Wir haben uns während des gesamten Aufenthalts sehr wohl gefühlt, Service und Sauberkeit waren super (z.B. Frühstück aufs Zimmer), es gab ausreichend Ablagemöglichkeiten im Zimmer und wir kommen jederzeit gern wieder!

Mycke bra värde för pengarna!

Bra ställe! Uttrycket man får vad man betalar för passar in bra här tycker jag. Fina rum överlag ett väldigt trevligt ställe, finns ju självklart saker att förbättra såsom att renligheten inte var toppnotch och service inte var topp topp. Men samtidigt så var de inte speciellt dyrt heller. Kan rekommendera de till alla! Finns såklart ställen som är bättre/finare/fräschare osv men då måste man va villig att betala för de också. Så är supernöjd med min vistelse
