I have only good things to say about The Luxe Ubud. Everything was perfect from the moment I got picked up from the airport to the moment I left. The staff are just out of this world. Very courteous, friendly and responsive. They handle you with so much care and treat you with so much respect that you begin to question if you’re royalty (haha). The food at the Grill was simply amazing! (A big shoutout to the chef’s and the lovely gentlemen and ladies that work there). I will definitely be back and will also recommend this stay to friends and family who want to visit Ubud. The location is great and safe…a very walkable and quiet area. I traveled alone as a woman and didn’t feel scared when walking at night or early in the morning. You won’t regret staying at The Luxe. Kudos to the staff and owner/s!

Really convenient location in central ubud but away from the hustle and bustle of the crowds. You get ferried to and fro from tge rice fields via on demand scooter 24/7 which was a fun experience in itself!

Ubud is Amazing and The Luxe is the cherry on top! From pick-up (on the scooters) to check-in(delicious welcome drinks) to the staff being the best and most attentive staff on the planet to checkout, EVERYBODY and EVERYTHING about this stay was SUPERB! We've traveled all over the world and this is the most hospitable and welcoming hotel out there! Always willing to help, always greeting you with smiles, and sincerely asking how your day was. The room was phenomenal, turn down service in the evening is a pleasant surprise. First stay at Luxe. Not the last!

We choose this place to rest and get over jet lag. What we didn't expect was the level of personal service and amazing food at the Grille Restaurant on the property. It was a perfect place for us! They would have gladly helped us venture to local sights and attractions if we chose to do so. Thank you Luxe Villas for a wonderful stay!

What a beautiful stay at The Luxe Villas. Our villa was beautiful. Bedroom and bathroom was gorgeous and our rooftop deck was great as we had breakfast there overlooking the rice fields each morning. The staff were the best. They couldn’t do enough for us. We loved the scooter rides to town and the restaurant on the premises is as fine as any restaurant you would find in NY. I highly recommend it.

5-star hotel for sure! From arrival to departure, we were treated like VIPs. The staff is super friendly and efficient. They always anticipated our needs. They even had a slice of cake with a candle and a Happy Birthday flower sign for my partner. There’s only 4 or 5 very exclusive villas. Our room was incredible. They cleaned it in the morning and afternoon. The villas are in a quiet and secluded area so no car has access to them. The busy area is a 15-20 minute walk or a 5-minute scooter ride which they are happy to provide anytime at no charge. HIGHLY recommended 5-star hotel.

This is an exquisite property in the middle of the jungle - that you can only access via a scooter! But don’t let that stop you…it’s worth it! We loved our stay. From the moment we were picked up by the driver (Komang, you were so lovely and accomodating, thank you so much for waiting all that extra time for us and doing a second transfer which was also delayed, we hugely appreciated it) we were immediately thoroughly looked after. We have never experienced the levels service we did here - everyone helped immensely and nothing was too much trouble. They even arranged a lovely flower greeting for our anniversary, a much appreciated personal touch. Our room was lovely (sky loft) it was only a shame that we didn't spend too much time there as we were out exploring, but we loved having breakfast on the private roof terrace. We also had an in room massage which was very relaxing. Unfortunately we also didn't get to go in the pool but it looked very peaceful. The food was lovely (breakfast, we were not around for dinner) and we appreciated the detail and arrangements to get everything perfect. Although the surrounding area is very peaceful and natural, we appreciated the complimentary scooter rides into the center of Ubud, we had a jam packed itinerary and it helped keep us on track. The concierge was also at hand to advise and help with our plans and questions. The hotel is small but bespoke and allows the staff to really focus on their guests. We doubt we will ever be looked after the same and we thank everyone for their friendliness and hospitality. We had an amazing stay and wished it was longer.

Our stay at the Luxe Villas in Ubud was just what we needed to unwind. If you choose to stay away from the hustle and bustle of central Ubud and Bali beaches and instead want to relax in a quiet and beautiful area – opt for the Luxe Villas. It is situated in a no car zone, accessible by scooters only (butlers from the Luxe Villas will assist you with your luggage and personal transportation). It is also an easy walk where you could unwind from the busy city center if you chose so. From the beginning to the end our experience was wonderful. The Grille upstairs offers wonderful service, and all the meals are beautifully and skillfully prepared by the chef and his team. The premises are clean, aesthetics meets the beauty and the function with purpose of relaxation. All the staff from the reception, butlers, and restaurant are extremely helpful and welcoming. We truly enjoyed our stay - thank you everyone at the Luxe Villas – you gave us the best vacation in a long time!

Probably the best hotel I've ever visited. Incredible room, incredible staff, and beautiful surroundings. I wish we had stayed longer. And the restaurant upstairs is also incredible. We probably ate the best steak of our lives. Yes, it is expensive, but it is worth it. I just can't recommend it enough!

The hotel is located in the middle of rice fields, so it was difficult to get around on the hotel's motorbike. However, we were able to enjoy the natural surroundings of Ubud. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The staffs were just amazing. Everyone there would go out of their way to make your stay memorable. The pictures that you see on the website is exactly what you will see when you get there. The food at the restaurant was very good, love their breakfast. We had seafood and it was delicious. Overall we enjoyed it very much. Will definitely come back with family next time. This is better than 5 star hotel!

Ev about Luxe Villas was extraordinary. The suite was excellent and the staff was fantastic. I can’t wait to go back. I fell in love with Bali, and part of the reason why was my stay at the Luxe Villa. I cannot recommend this place enough.

There is a reason this property was voted the best small hotel in Asia and No. 6 in the world. It is an exceptional place to stay that should be experienced at least once in a lifetime if not once a year. The owners Paul and Grace and their staff do an absolutely wonderful job looking after guests and making them feel at home. It's a luxury 5 star stay in an exotic and peaceful environment offering respite from the madding crowd just a few hundred metres away.
