It is a distant out of Ubud central or the market and by taxi it cost 80 - 100k IDr or $10AUD and alot of stairs to climb up and down everytime you go to breakfast or out. The setting is the main sale of this property and views.

Muy alejado del centro. La habitación, no muy limpia. Y los empleados, cuidado, intentan venderte cosas( tours,oros, coches...) fuera de los del hotel.... el aire acondicionado estuvo estropeado los cinco días, por más que lo dijimos, como si nada. Tres días pedimos te en el desayuno y todavía lo estamos esperando. Se nos rompió la llave de la habitacion( estaba mal desde el principio) y querían q la pagáramos....muy bonito pero muy poco práctico. Ni los taxistas sabían donde estaba

ホテルの中に谷底の下に川が流れていたり、良い意味で衝撃的なヴィラ。バリ感を作りすぎておらず、自然と一体となったリビングなど現地の雰囲気を楽しめました。プールも広く子供も大満足。

Wir waren im Juni auf Bali für ca 10 Tage. Haben uns zuerst für ein Hotel in Ubud entschieden, um näher an den Sehenswürdigkeiten zu sein.Das Hotel befindet sich auf einer ganz normen Straße, wobei man sich garnicht vorstellen kann, dass so ein großes Hotel sich hinter den Bäumen versteckt. Das Personal ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Richtung Zimmer läuft man über eine Brücke im "Dschungel", sehr sehr schön. Das Zimmer war klein und fein, hatte eine eigene Küche. Der Pool guckt in Richtung Dschungel. Niemand kann euch während man im Pool ist, sehen. Der Pool wird alle 2 Tage von den Blättern die in den Pool fallen gesäubert. Es sind fast garkeine Tiere dort, wovor meine Frau Angst hatte (ausser Frösche abends, was nicht so schlimm ist). Tipp: In der Nähe vom Hotel befindet sich ein Restaurant/Bar The SAYAN House. (2 Minuten zu Fuß)..Sehr sehr schöne Aussicht zu Reisfeldern und Palmen unbeschreiblich schön, was man genauso wie das Hotel nicht erwartet. Ein Besuch wert!! Hinter dem Hotel befindet sich noch ein Restaurant, den man zu Fuß 2 Minuten erreichen kann. Da könnt ihr gerne das Personal fragen, wir wussten das nämlich auch nicht. Damit man abends essen kann, muss man dann schon mit dem Auto los, zu Fuß sind die beiden Restaurants sehr gut zu erreichen. Das Frühstück war auch in Ordnung, man hat mehrere Gerichte zu Auswahl. (Pancake, Waffel, spiegelei, Rührei...) Man kann Mofas mieten für 60.000 Rp/Tag. Fahrer bekommt man überall per Reception problemlos.

Nice secluded property in Ubud, perfect for honeymooners. Our room has its own private pool, with hot and cold water, kitchen (which we didn’t use), microwave oven and fridge. Staff are friendly too. The room is clean with clean sheets and pillows. What we didn’t like are the towels that have turned grayish with stains. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

価格・サービス・値段共にトータル的に満足出来るホテルです。 他の口コミの通りスタッフはフレンドリーで優しく対応が良く感じがとてもよかったです。 ・部屋にセキュリティボックスがありませんでしたが、フロントのセキュリティボックスを使用しましたが、安心して預けることが出来ました。 ・お掃除も数名できちんとされていました。（ベットマットシーツは毎日交換されてないようなので気になる方は、一言お願いすればきちんと交換して頂けます。調べたら海外ではシーツを交換しない事が当たり前のようですが・・・） ・バスタオルはありますが、フェイスタオルがないので必要な方は一枚持参されるとよいと思います。 ・ビンタンスーパーは歩いて20分位の所にあり、畑や民家のところを景色を見ながら行くのも楽しいです。（裏道のほうが楽しいです） ・ホテルの裏側を歩くと近くに畑の中で食事が出来る場所もあるので立地的には特に困る場所ではありませんでした。 ゆっくりした時間をリーズナブルな値段でサービスも良い所を希望される方には、とてもお勧めだと思います。（私は5日連泊しました）

Un atmosfera magica, bellissima villa con una vista suggestiva sulla foresta, pace e privacy. L'unica cosa negativa è il servizio transfer, la struttura si trova a 10 minuti di macchina dal centro di ubud e offre ai suoi ospiti un servizio navetta gratuito per raggiungerlo ma solo dalle 11di mattina alle 2 del pomeriggio per l'andata e un ultima navetta alle 17 per tornare, dopo di che si è costretti a pagare per ricevere questo servizio e non sono economici ( circa 5€ a tratta).

L’emplacement Est magnifique en pleine jungle vraiment dépaysant le villa avec piscine à débordement et sublime est bien rafraîchissante. La villa de style balinais est vraiment conforme au photos , super petit déjeuner et le personnel et très agréable. Il faut juste préciser que le petit déjeuner n’est servi que jusqu’à 9h30 et pas 10 h comme indiqué !

プライベートプール、良かったです

10月に5泊しました。この価格帯できれいなプライベートプール付き、自然に囲まれながらのんびりできました。 敷地内に小さな川があり、ヴィラには橋を渡っていきます。また徒歩10分くらいにアユン川が流れ、小さなライステラスもありました。 朝ご飯はオムレツ、ナシゴレンなど10種類くらいから選べ、木々を見ながらとります。朝ご飯中に部屋を掃除してくれるので、その後は部屋やプールでのんびりできました。 街の中心部から歩くと40分、街の観光中心の旅なら少し不便ですが、基本は部屋でのんびりしながら少しずつ観光するような旅にはオススメです。

Nice, small hotel with villas with private pool. Room was spacious and clean. Good air con. Nice outdoor sitting area, fridge and cooking area. Clean plunge pool. Rooms cleaned daily. Breakfast included offered a decent selection. Service was good at restaurant. Prices slightly higher then in Ubud but not much. Rented motorbike from hotel was great. About 10-15min drive to Ubud. Quiet location. Friendly staff.

Hotellet var i noe dårlig forfatning og bar preg av at det var gammelt. Vi leide en villa med to soverom, og den var stor og hadde store rom. Pluss for eget basseng, men solsengene var veldig harde. Slitne bad, men eller OK standard.

Bellissima struttura nella foresta

Ottima l'accoglienza da parte del personale ...professionale, qualificato, gentile, sempre con il sorriso...ti sentivi a casa. La villa "Waru" che ci è stata assegnata è splendida ed in ottime condizioni, pulizia impeccabile. Ci siamo proprio trovati a nostro agio in un ambiente altamente rilassante e tranquillo.

Muy descontentos con el servicio

Es una pena que con lo bien que están las instalaciones con piscina privada, tengan tan mal servicio, al llegar nos ofrecieron motos para alquilar, al decirle que si, nos dicen que no tiene, Esa noche La Luz de la piscina privada no funciona y no hay nadie quien lo Arregle, siguiente día pedimos un masaje a las 17h que publican en la misma habitación que el servicio acaba a las 21h y dicen que no puede ser que es tarde, siguiente día pedimos cena a las 19:30 y nos dicen que solo queda pasta, me parece muy mal servicio para un hotel de este precio en Indonesia, con ese dinero pueden ir a otro parecido o incluso más barato que ofrezca mejor servicio.
