A lovely small quiet hotel with very kind and helpful staff. We loved having breakfast served on our balcony. A relaxing swim any time of the day was a delightful experience in such a calming environment.

Villa Savandari was a really nice place to stay. I stayed for 4 nights, and the staff was so kind and friendly that I was able to start my trip to Bali comfortably. It was a beautiful place with a quiet and spacious room, a bathroom with a view of the sky, and a balcony in front of the pool. Just staying in the place made me feel like my fatigue was gone. In the afternoon, tea and sweet desserts were served every day, and they were delicious. They also provide a shuttle to Ubud Market. I was so busy when I arrived in Bali that I couldn't properly thank the staff for their kindness, so I'm sorry I checked out. I'm leaving this review as a thank you. If I have another chance to travel to Bali, I definitely want to stay at this hotel again.

Amazing stay - like paradise

The stay at the Villa Sabandari was excellent. The stay was fantastic, very well kept property - amazing views felt like paradise. The staff was super friendly and helpful and so far this had the best service: afternoon tea (though we did not use), breakfast enough to satisfy most and served at own balcony, 15 mins free massage, cleaning at own convenience and free shuttle car around Ubud. Overall, amazing - will go again.

번잡한 우붓에서 너무 좋았던 가족 여행

여행중에 리뷰 잘 안남기는데 여기는 남겨야겠어요 꾸따나 스미냑은 몇번 방문했는데 우붓은 처음이에요 번잡하고 시끄러운 곳은 딱 질색인데 그런면에서 villa sabandari 정말 최고입니다 시내에서 약간 떨어졌지만 느낌상으론 꽤 먼것처럼 한적하고 조용해요 저녁이되면 어렸을 때 시골 할머니댁 온것처럼 고요하고 풀벌레소리, 새소리, 빗소리, 자연 그대로의 소리만 있습니다 평안하고 안락함 그 자체입니다 원하는 시간에 개별 테라스로 조식, 애프터눈 티 가져다 주시고 수영하고 오면 물기도 바로 제거, 잠시 외출 했다 오면 침구 정리, 타월 보충 바로바로 해주세요 어찌나 친절한지 죄송할 정도랍니다 걸어서 우붓 왕궁 10-15분 정도고요. 왓츠앱으로 원하는 시간 말하면 셔틀 서비스도 해주세요. 한마디로 단 하나도 불편함이 없다는 말입니다 샤워실 천장이 뻥 뚫려서 군대때 생각이 나긴하네요 ㅋㅋ 나름 신선합니다 그래도 단점을 하나 꼽아야 한다면 주변에 사원이 있는지 종교 행위 소리가 어렴풋하게 들리긴 하는데 밤 열시정도면 끝나는거 같아요 아직 체크아웃 하기도 전인데 가족과 함께 좋은 가격에 프라이빗 하게 휴식중이라 고마워서 리뷰 남기네요 다음에 또 우붓오면 다시올 의향 10000% 입니다 너무 조용하다보니 투숙객이 많거나 주변 환경이 조금만 시끄러워도 소음에 방해될 수 있는건 살짝 아쉽지만 그건 매번 다를테니 감안하시면 될 것 같네요

Sehr schöne Unterkunft an ruhiger Lage direkt neben Reisfeldern. Die Zimmer sind gross und Sauber. Die Terrasse vor dem Zimmer haben wir sehr genossen. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut.

Le calme à deux pas du centre d’Ubud

Nous avons séjourné 3 nuits dans la chambre Telek. Nous avons apprécié la décoration de cette chambre avec la salle de bain extérieure. Tout était très propre et la chambre était très confortable. L’hôtel vous propose des services gratuits tels qu’un chauffeur qui peut vous conduire dans le centre d’Ubud (qui peut être rejoint à pied en 15 min) ainsi qu’à destination de quelques sites à Ubud (monkey Forest etc). Un goûter est servi tous les jours (gratuit également). L’hôtel dispose d’un petit spa où j’ai pu profiter d’un massage balinais très relaxant. Le personnel est merveilleux et aux petits soins. L’établissement dispose d’une agréable piscine intimiste (il n’y a pas beaucoup de chambres ce qui est appréciable par rapport aux gros complexes). Tous les ingrédients sont donc présents afin que vous puissiez passer un séjour apaisant à Ubud en dehors de toute son agitation. Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel et n’hésiterons pas à revenir pour un prochain séjour.

Fabuleuse experience à la Villa Sabandari. Nous séjournons dans cet établissement pour la seconde fois et nous avons été tout aussi ravis que la première. Le personnel est discret mais toujours present et réactif à la moindre de nos sollicitations. Le service est d’une qualité rarement connu ailleurs, le cadre est idyllique et apaisant. Mention particulière pour le petit déjeuner : copieux, soigné, gouteux ! Un régal ! Merci au staff d’avoir fait de notre séjour une parenthèse enchantée

Eine zauberhafte unterkunft, sehr schön in den Reisfeldern gelegen mit unglaublichen Personal und sensationellemm Frühstück. Hier wird nicht nur ein kostenloser shuttle angeboten, sondern dir jeder Wunsch von den Augen abgelesen. Der pool auf die Reisfelder ist traumhaft, die Anlage ist eine Oase der Ruhe. Wir waren im oberen Zimmer Barong,. Ich bin sehr pingelig und bewerte das gesamte Anwesen als sehr sauber. Traumhaft. Bleibt so lange ihr könnt.

Extraordinaire ! Intime (seulement 6 chambres), avec piscine. La douche extérieure est un bonheur. La qualité des produits. Luxury relaxation in Bali mountains

I have never stayed at a villa like this before with only 6 rooms, but I will definitely do it again! The service made me feel like royalty and each day, breakfast was delicious and served on your veranda. Pool was cooling and the afternoon tea was refreshing. They provided nightly mosquito coils which was a concern, but ended up not being a problem at all. Room was so comfy and the staff could not be beat. Shuttle to town was convenient. Zero complaints and would recommend.

Property is absolutely stunning. Pool is alway just a few steps away from your room. Nice and secure off the small road. Grounds are very well maintained by staff. We spent most of our time lounging by the pool and relaxing. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful; nothing is too big or small for them to help with. All the breakfast and snacks are really tasty as well as the coffee or tea. Was a huge help having the driver to drop off and pick up in downtown Ubud as we did not rent a scooter and they give you a cell phone so you can call them to come and get you. We were incredibly sad to leave and would definitely stay at Villa Sabandari again.

Could be amazing but construction noise

Basically the hotel is great but a new hotel is being built just in front of the pool. Construction noise starts at 8am and they work until late in the evening. Another little critic is that the employees are nice only until the morning you check out. One of the first sentence while bringing breakfast was: when you check out? We need room.

Das Personal war sehr bemüht. Man fühlte sich ab der ersten Minute willkommen. Nachmittags gab's Tee/Kaffee mit frisch zubereiteten Kleinigkeiten (deftig und süss). Sehr lecker, ebenso das Frühstück, welches auf der privaten Terrasse eingenommen werden konnte. Ein kostenloses Shuttel brachte einen zu jederzeit nach Ubud City. So ist det Standort außerhalb kein Problem. Alles in allem eine tolle Unterkunft. Unbedingt weiter zu empfehlen!

Ubud Dream

Wow! Our stay at this hotel was above and beyond exceptional. From the beautiful design, to the peaceful environment, to the friendly and incredible service -- the whole experience was a dream. The staff was SO kind and accommodating -- we loved the morning breakfast on our patio, the afternoon tea, and the lovely spa. And when we got a flat tire on our rented scooter, someone drove into town and picked us up on the side of the road within 10 minutes I absolutely can't wait to come back to this hotel.

The setting was very private and in a very unique location, walkable from downtown Ubud. The design was every bit of what you would expect no I am Polynesian resort. The villas are very private, super tranquil, and relaxing. A driver can take you anywhere in town. Sublime experience!

Eigenlijk was.alles geweldig. De accomodatie, kleinschalig met slechts 6 ruime kamers, wij hadden een kamer op de 1e etage met balkon, buitendouche, airco en ventilator. De ligging,,in een rustige buurt, op loopafstand van het centrum van Ubud met uitzicht op de rijstvelden. De staff en de service, Lieve mensen die hun uiterste best doen om het naar je zin te maken. 친절한 서비스와 가족같은 분위기

위치는 큰 길가에서 약간 거리가 있으나 호텔에서 바이크를 대여해줘서 이동하는데 크게 불편하지 않았습니다 룸이 총 6~7개인가 적어서 힐링하기 좋고 가족같은 분위기였습니다 가격도 적당하고 조식도 부페가 아닌 룸앞에 발코니에서 먹어서 분위기도 좋고 했습니다 크지는 않으나 적당하면서 편안했습니다

Prachtig hotel aan de rijstvelden. De shuttle shuttle service naar Ubud centrum was erg prettig! Vooral dat je zelf kon bepalen waar je afgezet wilde worden in het centrum. Fijn personeel, waren altijd vrolijk, sociaal en hulpbehoevend! De kamers waren ruim, mooi en het ontbijt op het balkon geserveerd maakte het echt helemaal af! Dikke pluim!

Extensive and informative check-in with the staff that let us know everything we needed to know. Free driver/car into town was super helpful! Very quiet and yet not too far from the center. Staff were lovely!

Peaceful Bliss

Loved this place. Beautiful rooms with views over rice paddies. Lovely staff and wonderful breakfast and afternoon tea. Will be back next year for sure.

Phenomenal service at a beautiful retreat

My wife and I spent 5 nights at Villa Sabandari this month and couldn't have been happier with our choice. We wanted an intimate feel that still offered the amenities we desired, as well as a peaceful place to come back to each night that was still close to the center of Ubud. This location offered all of those things The proximity to town was a big benefit (a 5-10 min scooter ride for almost everything we wanted to do in Ubud) but set back just enough to be very peaceful and quiet The grounds themselves are exceptionally clean and well kept. There's a lot of attention to detail and it really presents a professional and homey vibe. Your room looks out on palm trees surrounding a very nice infinity pool, with rice fields in the background. Very serene and beautiful. You're served breakfast at your choice of location (dining room, terrace or poolside) at a time of your choosing. We consider these to be some of the best meals we had while in Indonesia. Fresh fruit, different juices each day, excellent coffee and a changing main course and pastries each day really got us ready to go in the morning. If you're around midday, there is also an afternoon tea that comes with delicious treats. On equal footing with the beauty, the calming environment, the spacious/well equipped rooms and the delicious food, were the staff. Without fail, every person was friendly, helpful and did whatever they could to make our stay better. One of the finest stays we've ever had.
