For your wellbeing we have for you in our luxurious
Apartment placed on large Konfort worth
and so have come up with some special features.

So has the apartment 'Liesl' a generously held open living area with a well-designed and branded appliances provided with waste wood Joiner kitchen.
Fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, ceramic hob, kettle, egg cooker, coffee maker and brand cooking pots and Desin matching crockery available for your convenience.

The large flat screen provides a beautiful viewing experience on the large corner settee.

Internet and Wi-Fi is in the living room and in bedrooms.

In the spacious bathroom with walk-in shower and bath stepless you can forget about everyday life.

Vacuum system, underfloor heating ensure a good indoor climate.

To the apartment belongs Liesl a west-facing balcony, from where you have a gorgeous unobstructed views of the Bavarian Alps. On the terrace you have space for two chairs and a garden set and parasol.

The apartment has a size of 65m²
and it can accommodate up to 4 people in it.


We also have a cozy, rustic
Wellness and sauna area for our guests with Wirlwanne.

Our younger guests will enjoy our ponies
Cindy and Cora who curry, may caress. The free pony rides delighted not only children's hearts.

We offer our guests several barbecues, and beach chairs, garden chairs, a large trampoline and a ping pong table.

Or drive my bike the 65km around Lake Chiemsee.
We offer this to guests also bicycles that you can use at any time for free.

Einfach empfehlenswert

Wir konnten eine wunderbare Zeit in der Ferienwohnung verbringen. Ein besonderes Highlight war natürlich der Pool. Aber auch die nahe Lage zum See, der fußläufig gelegene Bahnhof und die liebevolle eingerichtete Wohung hat uns begeistert.

Auszeit

Wir waren das erste Mal am Chiemsee und es hat uns gut gefallen. Die Unterkunft liegt ruhig aber sehr nah am See von hier aus schöner Startplatz für Ausfüge. Mit Kindern auch ein Traum da Spielplatz ,Tiere und Pool vorhanden auch kein oder sehr wenig Verkehr. Der Vermieter der Unterkunft war sehr nett,hilfsbereit und immer zu einem Plausch bereit. Das Zimmer das Wir hatten war sehr schön und der Balkon mit einer wunderschönen Aussicht. Das einzige was mich störte, das leider in der Beschreibung für mich nicht ersichtlich war, der Schlafplatz in der Höhle unter dem Dach mit den Matratzen auf dem Boden für Kinder bestimmt super, da eigene kleine Tür und Fenster, aber für mich mit 60 und Rücken ein Graus. Musste leider das Schlafzimmer meiner Frau überlassen da ich stark schnarchen. Na ja wie gesagt für Kinder ein Traum 👍

Schöner Jahrewechsel

Wir haben den Jahreswechsel in dieser sehr geschmackvoll eingerichteten FeWo sehr genossen. Auch die Sauna an Neujahr war ein Erlebnis. Herzlichen Dank nochmals an die Familie Lindlacher!

Herrlich kuschlig

Für den Start des Urlaubs ist alles notwendige direkt vorhanden. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und zurückhaltend, allerdings da wenn man sie braucht. Die Gegend bietet auch bei Schlechtwetter viel Alternativen. Gerne wieder. Vielen Dank.

Perfekter Urlaub in wunderschöner Umgebung

Die Gastgeber waren sehr herzlich und ein eingespieltes Team. Die Ferienwohnung "Liesl" war wunderschön und von der Größe völlig ausreichend für eine Familie mit 4 Personen. Das Highlight der Wohnung war wohl die Kuschelniesche wo eigentlich die Kinder schlafen sollten - wurde aber auch von den Eltern genutzt ;-) Der Hammer war natürlich der Pool. 30°C und einen atemberaubender Blick auf die Berge. Es ist einfach ein wunderschöner Ort wo man gerne Urlaub macht. Angenehm fanden wir auch die kostenlose Nutzung der Fahrräder und die Nutzung von einer E-Steckdose mit der wir unser E-Fahrzeug über Nacht laden konnten. Ein Urlaub, bei dem es absolut nichts zu bemängeln gab! Wir würden sehr gerne wieder kommen.

Von Ankunft bis Abreise hatten wir eine freundliche, hilfsbereite Betreuung. Bis auf das Wetter wurde alles perfekt geregelt. Super ruhige Lage und in der Wohnung war alles top. Hier kann man sich erholen.

Der Urlaub in der Ferienwohnung war wunderschön!! Nur leider waren Corona bedingt die Sauna geschlossen und der Ponny durfte von unseren Kids nicht beritten werden - das waren für uns die wichtigsten Auswahlkriterien für die Wohnung. Eine Entschädigung dafür wäre fair? Der Kontakt zum Gastgeber war sehr angenehm. Vielen Dank

Empfehlenswertes Urlaubsziel!

Ein rundum gelungener Wohlfühlaufenthalt. Sehr gepflegtes Appartement mit liebevoller Einrichtung. In der Küche ist alles Essentielle vorhanden, auch Spülmaschinentabs und Geschirrtücher sowie Zucker und Salz. Die Sauna wird auf Wunsch angeheizt und ist ebenfalls bestens gepflegt. Dass das 'Kinderzimmer' für Erwachsene nur bedingt geeignet ist (wegen der niedrigen Deckenhöhe) könnte in der Beschreibung vielleicht noch etwas besser hervorgehoben werden. Und da alles schon fast 'Hotelcharakter' hat, wäre es vielleicht eine Idee, im separaten WC noch ein Stückchen Seife für den Start zur Verfügung zu stellen. Nochmal vielen Dank auch für die Flasche Wein als Willkommensgruß! Liebe Gastgeber, weiter so!

Schöne Unterkunft mit guter Lage zum Chiemsee

Am tollsten hat und der Pool gefallen. Für unsere kleine Tochter war die Schlafnische ein kleiner Traum. Die Wohnung an sich ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet und reicht für das normale Leben aus.

Wir können in der Tat nur sagen, es hat alles gepasst. Anlage ist in einem sehr schönen und sauberen Zustand. Schwimmbad toll, da es je nach Wetter offen oder geschlossen ist. Der Ort selber ist zwar nicht klassisch touristisch aber wer die Ruhe mag und gerne fünf Minuten in Kauf nimmt um loszufahren, der ist hier richtig. Schöner Blick in die Berge. Autobahn nah aber kleineren Geräusche. See in wenigen Minuten mit Rad oder PKW erreichbar. Für uns der ideale Ort seine Ferien zu verbringen und See und Berge in greifbarer Nähe zu haben. Gerne wieder.

Paradies am Chiemsee

Wir haben vor Kurzem Urlaub mit 2 Kindern hier verbracht. Das ganze Anwesen inclusive der Ferienwohnungen ist mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Man kommt an und fühlt sich sofort so wohl, dass man am liebsten gleich den Urlaub verlängern möchte. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und stehen einem immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Kurz gesagt: Wohlfühlatmosphäre die ihresgleichen sucht.

Ferienwohnung mit Flair

Schöne Ferienwohnung, die sehr geschmackvoll im Alpenstil eingerichtet ist. Liebevolle Details machen das Flair aus. Das zweite Schlafzimmer ist für Erwachsene aufgrund der Höhe und ohne Fenster nach aussen nur bedingt geeignet. Da hatten wir von den Fotos etwas anderes erwartet. Für Kinder ist es allerdings ein kleines Paradies. Fahrräder stehen ausreichend zur Verfügung und das kleine Schwimmbad mit zu öffnendem Dach ist toll.
