The approximately 65 square meter apartment was renovated in August 2014 and completely refurbished. It consists of a living area with open kitchen and access to the balcony, a bedroom, bathroom with shower / toilet, hallway and closet. The apartment is for max. 4 beds suitable, with two beds are available by re-purposing the seating area in the living area. The apartment includes a parking space and a lockable basement spare room belongs (for bicycles suited - bike rental in town). Smoking and pets are not allowed in the apartment. Equipment: In the kitchen there is missing the amateur cook anything. The kitchen is generously equipped. Oven, ceramic hob with 4 burners, microwave with grill, fridge-freezer, and dishwasher are available. The living area features a flat-screen TV (satellite TV), a music system mitCD player, MP3, radio, USB / SD / MMC port. For our particularly well liked younger guests, a cot, a high chair and a cart are available.

Für meine eltern

Gebucht haben wir diese herrliche Unterkunft, für unsere eltern. Sie waren sehr begeistert. Das einzige was , leichte schmunzelnde ,kritik auf brachte war: die möbel waren etwas niedrieg 🙂 hierzu muss ich sagen mein vater ist fast 2m gross 😊 Es war herrlich. Die märkte nur kurz entfernt. Die Wohnung ist wie auf den bildern angezeigt. Vielen dank für alles

Super Ferienwohnung, tolle Ausstattung

Die Ferienwohnung Nr. 12 ist ein super modernes Objekt in dem wirklich an alles gedacht wurde. Von der Küchenausstattung über die Ablage im Bad und die Gage am Schlafzimmerfenster hat nix gefehlt und wir haben uns von Anfang an wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, direkt in der Nähe Einkaufsmarkt und Bahnhof, trotzdem absolut ruhig. In den dazugehörigen Schuppen passen 4 Fahrräder und auch noch der Fahrradtrager wirklich top. Ückeritz ist ein toller Ausgangspunkt um die gesammte Insel auch mit dem Rad zu erkunden. Einzig der Kontakt zur Betreuung vor Ort war etwas unkonventionell. Sie war zwar schnell per Telefon zu erreichen, aber immer recht kurz angebunden, das hat aber nicht gestört, da alles super unkompliziert funktioniert hat. Wir kommen sicherlich wieder.

Zu wenig Stauraum für 4 Personen, sonst alles io

Die Wohnung war sauber , alle technischen Geräte die man im Alltag braucht sind vorhanden. Platz für 4 Personen ist reichlich, außer mit dem Stauraum da nur ein Kleiderschrank da war. 2 Schubladen waren kaputt, gibt natürlich erstmal einen riesen Schreck. Aber alles im allen reichte uns die Wohnung.
