"This hotel is ideal for business travelers. I stay here every time I’m in Bilbao. It hits the sweet spot of value and location."

"We stayed at Batimont Suites & Apartments in Bilbao for a weekend and booked a studio, expecting it to be quite small—but we were pleasantly surprised by how spacious it was. The studio was a very good size and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect: just moments away from Bilbao Gran Vía and Café Iruña, and only about a 10-minute walk from Puppy and the Guggenheim Museum. It made exploring the city incredibly easy. You can tell they really think about the details. They even provide a Dyson hairdryer and a steam iron, which felt like a real luxury and was much appreciated. The only thing missing was toiletries. As someone with long hair, I’d suggest adding conditioner as well—it would be a great extra touch. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at Batimont Suites & Apartments and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Bilbao."

"I was allowed to check-in early which is always a bonus. The staff throughout my stay were friendly helpful and didn't have to wait for anything, bar, safe deposit box etc. It is ideally located for the Old Town (15 minutes walk) Gugenheim (20 minutes walk) there are also excellent bars and restaurants right outside. Thank you for a pleasant stay"

"Overall very good hotel located in perfect area. I asked the room away from street but two times staff gives Me the room just over the street. Maybe they misunderstood my request. At 04:00 AM stated some construction works with noise and vibration, no action from reception was taken. Disappointed."

"Location was great for us and walkable to most places. Transportation was available to the best sites like museums so close to the train station, subway and buses. Breakfast was a zoo though. Too many people in too small a space. Rooms were small for my liking but we spent little time in it. No views in this busy part of the city to talk to."
