Overall great stay, staff was very friendly and informative. Breakfast is what you would expect and free, good value overall. Rooms are large and very clean. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was clean and nice for families. Ours had a pretty view of the mountains. Right across the street from Costco which was great for our family. Shopping close by. Breakfast was good with lots of options.

I think the best way to describe this property is to say I would return to Mendocino BECAUSE of the Mendo Bungalow and I would only return if I could stay at the Mendo Bungalow. Clear Lake Cottages & Marina
There were a lot to f bugs flying around the outside light, next to an unworking bug zapper. You could not open the door w/out a bunch flying in.
