This property was outstanding. We had a mix up with the room I booked which was a deluxe villa but got a basic room. The hosts were really apologetic and should be issuing a refund for the difference. The breakfast was outstanding and its a 10 minute walk to the old town so location could not be better. The parking was very challenging so if you are driving this could be an issue its a very step incline with a tight turn into a driveway walls on all sides. We could not find the villa and google maps got it wrong but we popped into a restaurant and they called they owners who met us there and let us follow them. This was extremely good value for what you got I would highly recommend it. The host also offered to take us to a local beach for €10 each way and it was so nice and private. I posted a review on trip adviser as well with photos.

Ulcinj ultimate utopia

Amazing place with great vistas of environs, yet located in the centre of town with amenities within easy walking distance. Premises are pristine in cleanliness but preserves overall natural setting including pomegranate trees in the courtyard. Family owned business is well run and inviting for guests without being in the least intrusive-a combination difficult to pull off in this day and age. Kudos to this organisation.
